It was written as banned for IRDM because of a crossfire incident, but the ban was actually for stuff unrelated to the topic.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Because an inexperienced trial mod abused his power through bias in a sit for unrelated priors from months ago. His friend reported me for RDM, he brought me, and was already discussing with his friend. It was an honest case of crossfire and was blown out of proportion due to personal feelings being hurt by my priors from before this child mod was even born.

I was testing a minecraft bow weapon i found on the ground. I had never seen it before. I was shooting at a wall next to PD when someone backed up right as I was shooting at that wall. I adverted crossfire, but was still brought to a sit. Trial mod claimed I RDM'd, which I denied. Video evidence was provided (which I was not allowed to see). I accused him of bias, to which he claimed he didn't know the person. Despite this, 2 minutes prior they were discussing "You know me Bee, you know I have the clips," to which BeeTeeth replied, "Yeah I know i know just put it in the discord." This tells me that not only was the trial mod lying, but he already decided the outcome prior to video evidence due to it being his friend. Trial mod returned the person and switched focus to me. Trial mod then begins to fixate on priors from months ago that don't even have anything to do with RDM. He was more frustrated seeing the unrelated priors, which switched his attitude to hostile. I began to point this out and he couldn't come up with a response so he just began saying, "Yup. Totally. Uh huh. We'll see about that." Trial mod then mentions the unrelated priors one more time. Goes silent for 30 seconds, then bans me for IRDM. He wasn't even mad about the RDM. He was getting offended about my priors and just wanted to mask it as an IRDM ban. I kill one guy on accident and little baby who got mod privs for the first time decides to abuse them due to personal feelings. He was personally offended by my priors, to which I pointed out his bullshit. 

 

 

tldr. Trial mod abuses power because his personal feelings got hurt from past unrelated situations from months ago. Completely unrelated topics to the "issue" at hand.

Hello, The reason for the ban was because I checked your priors and you seem to not care to be getting banned for RDM, even during the sit you made it VERY clear that you were not interested in talking and wanted the punishment anyway.

Based on the actual kill, and your claims - it does seem that you tried to lie about it being crossfire, and with all of your recent priors it's not really absurd to ban you if you can't even be honest and just be like "yeah i killed this dude, im sorry, i wont do it anymore"

Probably couldve gotten off with a warn with that in mind. You kind of set yourself up here and dug yourself into a hole. I don't see any good reason to really change the outcome of this either. -1 for punishment change, maybe you need to take a step back and take this as a moment to learn how to get through a sit properly. What to do vs what to NOT do. You didn't seem to care until you got yourself banned lol. Now that your banned suddenly you care, next time I would suggest holding that same sentiment before you actually get banned, and maybe work with the staff member/sit vs acting non chalant and obstinate

Blue summed this up perfectly in my opinion. 

As seen in the clip provided by BeeTeeth, at4:34. The clip from the accusing player clearly shows you RDM'ing them. Honestly man, its best to just be honest in sits because in certain cases, it can defiantly bring some leniency. 

You say BeeTeeth was bias while conducting this sit, after reviewing the entire clip, I personally cannot see a single instance of bias. If you feel otherwise then I would defiantly hear you out.

You've also claimed that BeeTeeth was "fixated" on "unrelated priors". How is that the case? The sit that was made on you claimed that you RDM'ed, so beeteeth saw that you have 2 somewhat recent priors for RDM which were made on the same day and gave you the punishment that to me seems reasonable. 
 

I would also like to mention that crossfire is not a thing on this server, while accidents will inevitably happen, It is still counted as RDM. 

I personally believe this a good amount of time for you to cool off and come back to the server with a better mindset (Hopefully)
