NEVER use someone else's account as a proxy, it's exactly the same as alting. This should be permabannable by itself and shows extremely poor conduct. You have put another user's membership at risk for your own benefit and that is completely unacceptable.

 

Secondly,

 

If you have managed to bully another staff member to the point of resignation, something is seriously wrong with you. You shouldn't be a part of the team, let alone part of the server.

 

Thirdly,

 

Your choice of words was a REALLY big mistake. You showed very poor judgement skills in this situation.

 

 

 

In conclusion,

 

This player should not have his permaban lifted. He has shown poor conduct and judgement as a moderator, and has shown himself to be incredibly toxic. Your recent actions have been completely unacceptable, and this is an example of one of them.

The fact that you caused this much of a scene is honestly pure stupidity. When you get banned for "threatening to go rogue" there is no doubt you will stay banned not only that but like glaze said your putting another user at risk and also trying to work around the ban(alting) Also you bullied a staff member into resignation also started to claim that another staff member did it even though Draygon clearly stated it was you. Finally you cant take any sort of punishment nor a demotion. You being on our server or even our staff team means having to deal with a 6 year old that can throw a temper tantrum at anytime and anywhere. Also I dont think I made it clear enough but uhh yeah its a no for me.

Also good job Glaze you took all the words out of my mouth and hit every point on the head. Spot on no doubt you supported our cause. No offense Zesh but your arguement was incredibly weak.

If someone resigns to something someone said how is it his fault zesh is banned already and says something on teamspeak i'm guessing to make draygon get mad and want to resign. That is not his fault it's draygon's fault for taking it too far and resigning. It's not like zesh is holding a gun to his head and saying resign or die. He had his own decision and made his own decision to resign.

Okay I guess I will give my input. So zesh, I do not really like you all that much honestly. But I do support you being unbanned, or having your ban reduced to a few weeks or a month. Let me explain why.

 

So a lot of people seem to want to bring up the whole draygon harassment situation thing, I do not know about everything that was said or done but I can say that it was 100% up to draygon to resign. Not a single person made him resign. I like draygon, but if he wants to let someone's words get to his head that much then so be it and let him resign and let it be over with. 

In my opinion, yes this was wrong but it's the Internet and if you actually get your feelings hurt by what people say then maybe you should just play 8 ball pool on your phone.

 

Another thing people want to bring up is the fact that zesh said something about going rogue. Joking or not this was wrong and zesh should have been demoted and permanently banned. I completely agree with that, but it was really obvious that zesh was only joking and he was going to try really hard to get promoted to moderator again. 

 

 

But in my eyes, even though I dislike zesh, I think he should be given a chance to come back on the server as a vip and prove to us that he is a responsible player.

 

Many of you may want to argue with me and that is just fine. Just please actually bring up some VALID points.

I agree with this. Zesh was not too bad of a person but he made some mistakes. He shouldn't have made fun of draygon, but at the same time, it WAS draygon's decision to resign. I believe the ban should be replaced with a 2 week ban and he should be given 2 weeks to prove that he won't do anything like this again. If he receives 3 warnings within the 2 weeks, or causes ANY drama, he will be repermad and exiled.

I think we've seen enough to conclude that he is an irresponsible player. He said something that could've got him permabanned (and did), took advantage of someone who was ignorant to the entire zesheriam situation for his own advantage and is now just causing massive amounts of drama with this post.

Fuck off with trying to get zesh unbanned. I haven't stated everything he did to me because I don't want to release every little detail. I released enough, and he makes these excuses about 'ohh I was drunk/high/tired/fed up'.

 

Texashockey never bullied me whatsoever. He's a great guy that I got a little mad over for RDMing him one time. But he's a great friend.

 

Also about Zesh: Remember when Sugar said we can perma ban anyone if we want if we're fed up with their actions and/or isn't a valuable person to the community as long as it isn't a witch hunt? Well, most of us are fed up with this douchebag. It can be taken like the ScorpS situation partially; nobody really likes how he acts and handles things & is a big asshole to everyone.

 

I can think of 10 people right now that have unique and good reasons why they dislike Zesh. And not because they're in the same group of friends.

 

Giving him more chances? He's abused many many times in his staff career, disrespected many users who just joined and made small mistakes, and acts like he's an admin and has power over EVERYONE in the dickiest of ways.

 

I thought of accepting his apologies but I can't since what he's done to me is unacceptable.

 

I can admit I got upset about a Texashockey RDM that day since I was damaged and Texas was aiming at me with a gun so I killed him. And I was blamed for RDM in a situation of Zesh is the one damaging me. Two of the things he said to me were said that night. And it just pushed me to the point of me being done. As I've stated, he's said worst things in the past.

 

If you threatened to go rogue or not, you've done enough to earn the amazing rank PERMA BANNED.

 

Zesheriam22 deserves to stay perma banned. He should go find another community and another person's experience to ruin.

Draygon you have no proof of him doing what you're saying he did. Also it's pretty much your whole group that doesn't like him besides a few. I highly doubt he would make something like this up, don't be an asshole. Also, he WAS banned for abusing, not for threatening to go rogue. After he was given the death sentence (https://titsrp.com/showthread.php?tid=2660&pid=15722#pid15722), he then said the rogue thing, most likely as a joke and was then permabanned. Note that he was still staff at the time as he hadn't been actually demoted.
