You can contact the mayor to have him fired from the job or use the /demote command. If FailRP is continued after the user has been demoted, staff may intervene and punish accordingly. Him coming back and arresting me (a cop) as a cop (which is failrp and rda) is an in character issue? He also died and came back to do it which is NLR. that is not an in character issue.
