It's my base, I own the doors and everyone inside is in a party. He got killed. He comes back, gets killed again. This happens a few times and then I'm brought to a sit for Kill-Baiting and using a base to killbait. This is not a public base lmao. We base here all the time. We don't just kill everybody that comes in, just people that are annoying/shooting at people. At no point did I ask anyone to come in or bait anybody. You must place a sign indicating it as a “Public Base”. The sign must be clearly visible and near the entrance. I don't think you understand what kill-baiting is man. Kill-Baiting would be if I had a sign that said "free guns inside" and then killed everybody that came in. Having a sign that says Pizzeria does not make it a public base. It does not have a public base sign. Nobody kill-baited anybody. I did not tell anyone to come into my base lmao. The base is not public. Trespassing makes you KOS. This means if you trespass someone's house you will die. If it is a public base, you must be warned to leave first. There's the rule straight from the MOTD. It was not a public base, so I did not have to warn him to leave. Please explain to me how it was kill-baiting. Well that isn't what happened. The player in question (Tom Pearl) came in and just started talking a bunch of shit lmao. Also, there were entities upstairs at the time, but I guess you don't bother to check that kind of stuff. Obviously not trying to base? Does coming in and setting up an RP BASE and basing there for several hours not count as basing? This includes bases that are solely designed to kill people for trespassing. I'd like to add the actual rule about kill-baiting. The base is literally a pizzeria where people come to chill. We have it up all the time. At no point has anyone baited anyone to come inside for the purpose of RDMing them. If they come in and are chill, they are fine. If they come in starting a bunch of shit, they get killed.
