My issue is the fact Tom kept coming back to the base. I’m not sure where the confusion about the rule is coming from. If someone is going back to a base, wouldn’t you consider that to be NLR? If anything, Tom here would be in the wrong, and that adds on to Henchy’s statement. If a base has a gun store, cops are KOS—that’s fine. It’s a private base. The same way in real life you can walk into a Walmart, but they have the right to say, ‘No, we don’t want you here,’ is the same way, in my opinion, @cobaselic could say, ‘No, I don’t want you here.’ It is private. If @cobaselicwas killing multiple people, I could see it as trying to abuse the rules, but in this case, he isn’t

I know we had discussions back when I was admin around the whole idea of kill bases, the ones where people make a one way wall and gun anyone down the second the step into the property. I still think that these sorts of bases shouldn't be allowed as they don't provide any real RP other than mass killing people for the fun of it. 

However from I'm reading here and from all the time's I've seen Coba use his dupes in game none of them have ever been this sort of kill base. Always an RP base where he hangs out and chats with anyone who enters. From everything stated in this appeal and knowing exactly how the dupe in question was built as I watched it being built I know it's not a kill base. Coba has every right to not use it as a public base if he wishes and control the people that come in and out, if someone is being an issue and harassing everyone inside the base why shouldn't Coba do something to remove the problem player?

Hi gang, Im confused at how this spiraled out of control.

Killbaiting/Killbases would be Player Enters, can't leave, or traps them in some hard-to-leave way so that the baser can shoot them for free, with nothing else RP-Wise occuring, And/Or the sole purpose to kill people in the base.
Coba had an RP Base, ALOT LIKE Momma Moofin's base, or the Maggdonalds, or Tuckles builds, they are all KOS if you enter to the base owner!
Is it bad faith to kill someone like that? Probably, but it's not against the rules, if they break NLR once, a sit would've/should've been made.
