Rubik [Superadmin, Main Developer.]
Pros: Lead and Only developer, leading content feeder for us heathens, Acts quickly and urgently when it comes to actual concerning problems and goes down the list once he can, Actually has begun recently interacting with suggestions and implementing some for the good, Has Promoted an Admin and has begun interacting with the community more.
Cons: Often Cherry-picks who and when he decides to interact with staff, often overlooks a variety of issues and in regards to staffing matters is often regarded to make poor choices or made the Staff Team felt stupid for some suggestions/implementations, Is often complained about for being slow to respond to any issue/inquiry about anything that isn't immediately urgent.
Suggestion: Nothing, I can't hold a candle to you, However, do take what I've added and consider it.


Blue [Administrator]

Pros: Blue has Noteabley done a wonderful job as Administrator, with previous experience he's been handiling it extremely well, from Senior Moderator/Fourm posts, Applications, Managing the entire Echelon whilst still playing the game and taking sits this individual has proven himself to be Admin material and beyond, He's gone beyond the courtesy and has continued doing every probable responibility and then some, He's gone above the stars and constantly encourages staff to do better whilst never putting anyone down, as well as handiling Staff Meetings well and having a very notorious position and influence in the staff team for the better, as well as being directly recognized by Rubik for his outstanding work, "Blue and 1304 are absolutely great Smod's and are always helping out and going the extra mile. If there are any names not put forward yet I'd like to nominate those two."
Cons: None!
Suggestion: None!


Henchy [Administrator] 

Pros: Has peformed phenomenal administrative duties,  Putting his first foot forward, Despite holding responsibility and the known 'relaxing' state as an administrator he still goes out of his way to reach far above and beyond, pushing the staff team to be the very best, Continually checking and mandating that the staff are in good order behind the scenes. Held a wonderful staff meeting which had resolved alot of issues with staff, and being yet another Admin that actually still plays and handles responsibilites with ease!
Cons: As of this Update, there have been no complaints about this individual, keep up the good work!
Suggestion: None! 

Shoebill [Senior Moderator]


Pros: Shoebill has done wonderful work, whilst he hasn't done anything extremely impactful, his raise to this position to prove himself to be good enough shows that he was confident, not to mention he has had a notice of having wonderful sits and a very calm demenaor. He handles himself well and interacts with the staff team in a healthy manner, even going out of his way to check on them, he handles sits in game with a beautiful fluency. He is an outstanding Staff Member, and connects with the community well.
Cons: None!
Suggestions: None!

1304 [Senior Moderator]


Pros: 1304 has proven himself again and again to try and strive to be better at any turn he can, always jumping at the chance to train the Trial Moderators in a heartbeat and allowing staff that are interested in the Senior Moderator position to observe so that they may learn and grow into better staff, He's been pushing for greater product from the staff whilst also never pressuring, rather encouraging, he's been a wonderful and kind senior moderator that alot of members can actually trust and go to, This member has been notoriously been renowned for being the next possible admin [No offense to the other guys! Your all doing great!] And being recognized for his outstanding work by Rubik himself. "Blue and 1304 are absolutely great Smod's and are always helping out and going the extra mile. If there are any names not put forward yet I'd like to nominate those two." Not to mention he's even begun clarifying and bettering himself, I, and a variety of community members wholeheartedly wish 1304 recieves Administrator.
Cons: None! Just your fourm posts still suck.
Suggestions: None!

 

 

Vex [Senior Moderator]


Pros: Vex has had a wonderful Senior Moderator run, truly representing that he had the capaibility for this role, as he had immediately begun taking leads in the Fourms as it seems it's his Forte, not to mention he kept active in game and has kept sits professional and clean, as well as being renowned for his activity and performance being above and beyond, He's an outstanding senior moderator and has done wonderful work as of late, 
Cons: None!
Suggestions: None!


Joey Skylynx [Senior Moderator]


Pros: Joey Skylynx's recent performance is absolutely breathtaking, His activity to manage to blow through sit after sit day after day to reclaim the concurrent Highest Weekly Sit Count, He's been working non stop and has been extremely active in terms of taking sits as well as not to mention he's been active on the fourms and interacting with the Staff members far more than he previously had, He's fixed his AFKing issue with explanations that he has IRL business to take care of as well as a variety of other very noteable recognizeable praises, with tons of compliment singing praises about his outstanding work and wonderful attention to detail, as well as having a very relaxed and calm sit situation during his Sits!
Cons: None!
Suggestions: None!

 

Sanzu Head of HHS and HR[Senior Moderator]

Pros: Exellent fluency in Sits, with an unhealthy obsession with the staff team always doing better, though he is passionate, his passion can often be seen wrongly though he has been spoken to about his issues, He has tried hard to always help the trial moderators, and moderators when he can.

Cons: Has a persistant issue with AFKing and being too hostile toward other staff, having an issue with toleration and patience as of recently, as well as issues re-arrising of the 'Old Sanzu' coming back, with the obsession of power and rank-chasing as well as an overall bad demeanor, and taking things far too seriously when the situation didn't require it, seen as too much of a hardass and too strict, with some punishments seen as too severe, not to mention often being unsure of responsibilites and actions as a senior moderator.
Suggestions: Relax, it's garrys mod, it's not that deep, stop being so passionate and relax in this position, don't rank chase, it's a bad look, if you're admin material you'll be selected for it, not to mention don't let the power get to your head.
 

Kert Kobean [Senior Moderator]

Pros: Having an oustanding entrance and performance, Kert Kobean has been constantly ready at all times, being one of the most outstanding staff members and Senior Moderators, having done absolutely excellently, with an extremely friendly and chill demeanor toward the staff team and lower rankings alike, the staff team loves to turn to Kert Kobean for help or questions, being loved by the community and staff team alike, not to mention his exellent fourm posts, handiling of sits and bans, and always being careful yet so fluent and elegant in his performances, he truly is a highly praised staff member.

Succ the Zucc [Senior Moderator]

Pros: Overall a good staff member! Succ's previous experiences and many times being a Senior Moderater well equips him for this role, with previous experience allowing him to get a far head start and jump past the learning curve, rather just plunging right into the responsibilites of a Senior Modeartor, Succ's Sit quality has been excellent, and is never shy to ask other staff to help if he is having trouble or issues during a sit/fourm post!

Cons: None!

Moderators
I've decided to only do a General Note on the Moderators with a Suggestion, as entirely there wasn't enough viable data on them that I could with the ones above.
 

Dinglebear [Moderator]

 General Note: Dinglebear has been a wonderful moderator, being very friendly toward the community with a perfect understanding of the rules, a wonderful sit experience and being overall approved of in the staff team, I have recieved nothing but good praises over DInglebear's sit quality and understanding of the rules as well as educating new players.

 

Melancholia [Moderator]

 General Note:  Melancholia's uprising after his last run as been phenomenal, his understanding and handiling of sits is beyond exellent with a refined understanding of being a proper staff member, as well as being well liked by a good portion of the community and an active and friendly staff member, he's a picture perfect Moderator.

 

redeyechicken [Moderator]

 General Note: Despite not knowing how to do most jobs except specifically meth, he's shown that he's eager to learn and still handles staffing capabilites well, with his sits being remarkably knowledgeable for a person that is exclusive to the meth job and the meth job only.

 

Fraser [Moderator]

 General Note: Passing through a very rocky start in his trial mod run, Fraser is slow to learn yet he has learned from his many mistakes, as well as slowly forming into a far better staff member than he previously was, learning and growing slowly on his way, Fraser is doing well in this run of staffing.

 

kayze [Moderator]

 General Note: None! Try to inverse with the community more.

 

BubbaShrimpBoat [Moderator]

 General Note:  Bubba has been doing wonderful as a staff member, his method of handiling sits is beautiful, and honestly very efficent, members of the commmunity have said that he handles players that are often regarded as 'Retarded' quite well and has alot of patience to teach members especially new players.

 

Father Mulcahy [Moderator]

 General Note: No note! Try to make some waves!

Minshi [Moderator]

 General Note: Minshi has been a wonderful staff member, he's extremely kind, patient, and understanding in sits, he connects well with different apsects of the community, He is an extremely knowledgeable staff member and a Wonderful member of the community, Minshi is an outstanding Moderator and a wonderful player, He is well liked and is all around a wonderful staff member.

 

Beasty [Moderator]


 General Note: Nice sit quality and were overall friendly! Is never afraid to ask for help nor lend it to other staff, has had extraordinary sit quality and handles the fourms incredibly well as well has having an extremely friendly manor toward staff and members alike, is very patient with even the most uncontrollable players, never hesitates to help and always takes sits when available.

 

Delta [Moderator]

 

General Note: Delta has been praised for outstanding work and learning from mistakes in his trial moderator run quickly, he has proven himself to be able to handle the capabilites and responsibilites of a moderator extremely well, Although recently he has become aware of issues in his moderation run as well as often considerably mishandiling sits, with an aggressive demeanor if he himself is involved in the sit on a variety of occasions. He has rebuttled his mistakes and has clearly begun growing away from these issues once they were brought to him! He's been doing good!

I will NOT do Tmod Rank, as they change way too often.

Statistics:
Over the course of 2ish weeks I'd interview/ask players about the Sit Experience when given the chance, and developed information from there, I've collected this about 944 times, from 109 unique players, 71 of which were long-time/concurrent players and/or noteable players.
