Rubik [Superadmin, Main Developer.]
Pros: Lead and Only developer, leading content feeder for us heathens, Acts quickly and urgently when it comes to actual concerning problems and goes down the list once he can, Actually has begun recently interacting with suggestions and implementing some for the good, [Quick Fish, Tighter restrictions on Borderline NSFW Models, and further suggestions for Staffing] 
Cons: Often Cherry-picks who and when he decides to interact with staff, often overlooks a variety of issues and in regards to staffing matters is often regarded to make poor choices or made the Staff Team felt stupid for some suggestions/implementations, Is often complained about for being slow to respond to any issue/inquiry about anything that isn't immediately urgent.
Suggestion: Nothing, I can't hold a candle to you, However, do take what I've added and consider it.


Rivtuu [Administrator] 

Pros: Often seen as a helping hand when on, collaborating with some staff well and listening to some issues, providing help to the staff when directly asked, Abstains from some votes for better reasons and loves extending bans for the staff for some strange reason, Takes sits with no complaints of sit quality, with actual praises of speed and direct communication toward members of the community.
Cons: Often never leads even as an admin nor fights or stands on an opinion by themselves, rather agreeing with the flow of tide even if that tide is wrong, Often memes members that have a genuine concern without double checking, as well as having no noteable impact as a staff member.
Suggestion: Try to go the extra mile! You're an administrator, go above and beyond so you can raise a bar that others strive for!
Henchy [Administrator] 

Pros: Has peformed phenomenal administrative duties, recently holding a constructive Senior Moderator and above meeting to solve a variety of internal issues he recognized, Putting his first foot forward, Despite holding responsibility and the known 'relaxing' state as an administrator he still goes out of his way to reach far above and beyond, pushing the staff team to be the very best, Continually checking and mandating that the staff are in good order behind the scenes.
Cons: As of this Update, there have been no complaints about this individual, keep up the good work!
Suggestion: None! 

Dunkerwinkle [Senior Moderator]
Pros: Has went further as a Senior Moderator, genuinely begining to lead and handle his responsibilty as this role, Whilst also regarding himself to make sure he isn't totally burnt out [On an LOA, Good for you Dunker!] As well as being praised for Leniancy and patience with staff internal issues And sits, having a wonderful sit quality that has regarded as both parties always being satisfied with the outcome regardless. Good Job Dunker!
Cons: Can be quite unresponsive on the fourms/discord, as well as can be randomly inactive for periods of time whilst on the server.
Suggestions: Try to play a bit more! If you're afking alot just log off, It's so people don't bitch about 'waah staff not taking sit' 


1304 [Senior Moderator]
Pros: Has repeated his very above and beyond capability, handiling the tasks of a Senior Moderator, while with lower total activity he tries his best to be a better face toward the staff team and interact with the moderators to check in best he can! Giving advice and opinion with a strong foot to lead with has made him a notable Senior Moderator, with some community members regarding him as 'What a Senior Mod should be' as well as receving tons of love from those who have been in sits with him.
Cons: His fourm posts can lack in compunction and detail. There were genuinely no other complaints about this Staff Member.
Suggestions: Improve those fourm posts! 

Blue [Senior Moderator]
Pros: Future Admin Material, has constantly put his best foot forward with leading the Moderators, constantly checking in to ensure that they're okay and to provide help at any time possible, providing a strong leaders sense, checking in and internally dealing with issues with some moderators One on One, giving multiple chances as well as providing a strong opinion and wonderful mindset to the staff team, By far one of the most if not THE Most outstanding Senior Moderator.
Cons: Of all conducted questionares and interactions with players [Statistics linked below] There were absolutely no complaints I could find about this individual.
Suggestions: For Rubik: Consider a Promotion to Administrator.

Slick [Senior Moderator}

Suggestions: None!


Joey Skylynx [Senior Moderator]
Pros: Is a helpful staff member, Carries opinions and stands strong by them, Has been a Senior Moderator for a while from what I am aware of,  Is helpful in sits and handles them with little to no trouble whatsoever. Has gradually helped the Staff team best he can, and has been improving his presence/hours.
Cons: A lack of activity/a consistancy of AFKing in Spawn/Sitland does provide concerns for players who are attempting to report rulebreakers at the time, especially when it does get slow, Has mishandeled some sits in the past but from what I've taken from the community, fourms, and staff, with continual repeated instances of mishandiling sits and interrupting some.
Suggestions: Try and give those guidelines a good read over and crunch some more time in! I know life is far more important than Gmod, and it aint that serious, but it never hurts to make friends here!

Sleepy Tomoko [Senior Moderator]
Pros: Takes sits well, with no reports noteable against this individual, Wonderfully handles sits and interacts with the staff team in-game on a regular basis as well as providing a helping hand in taking sits whenever he can. Has been noted as helpful once online with regular and consistant fourm activity, as well as a strong discord activity per suggestions.
Cons: Regarded as a 'Bandwagoner' with alot of desicions made being noteably bad, as well as general failiure to perform complete duties as a Senior Moderator with actual leading capabilites, with some noting that 'He should be dropped back down to Mod' as well as reoccuring complaints about his Player Model and Profile giving off 'Gooner' energy. 
Suggestions:

Harp/Chud [Senior Moderator]
Pros: Handles sits well, Perfoms expetional Senior Moderator Duties expetionally, regarded as a Hardass but gets things done among staff, Is relatively friendly among the community and holds no Bias from what I've collected, He's performed proper duties on the fourms. 'He's the scary stormtrooper in sitland that stares into my soul while the MRDMer lies to him.' regarding how he's still funny yet mantains profesionalism in sits.
Cons: Often makes mistakes with the rules, Isn't too leniant in terms of player-punishments, Often seen as rude and toxic in sits.
Suggestions: Try to be nicer! Compassion costs nothing!  - No change to this individual

 

 

Moderators
I've decided to only do a General Note on the Moderators with a Suggestion, as entirely there wasn't enough viable data on them that I could with the ones above.

 

Succ The Zucc [Moderator]
General Note: Performs proper sit protocol, can talk too much and be toxic/rude during sits, Can try and rush sits and make mistakes, Has a passion and good intentions meanwhile having good fourm posts that are proper, informational and make his points clear without too much fluff. With In-game activity often noted as lackluster by some, he quickly re-affixed this issue, increasing playtime and sit-count, with no real issues of being AFK in-game despite some claims, Takes sits and is often active with some Staff
Suggestions: Try to be nicer! Keep your ideas and words nice and compact yet simple enough to digest!

 

MarkCX [Moderator]
General Note: A well liked staff member that's mainly memed for hanging out with a specific individual, Vastly helped in securing the unban and keeping it that way for Ego's Cheating Appeal, replicating it 'He has wonderful sits, they're always a joy to be in.' as well as being renowned around the staff for making informative and good fourm posts, as well as a good attutide in game. Has gone above and beyond and is primarily recognized as a wonderful moderator, handiling his capability and staffing duties, setting bars, with noteable activity and performance, Good job!
Suggestions: None! 

Johnny Briggs [Moderator]
General Note: Relatively a wonderful staff member, Has wonderful sit quality, New players often love his sits most often, as well as having entire dupes to make his sits feel more authentic and enjoyable as a whole, as well as handiling sits very well, Following words and has expetional in-game quality, However his fourm presence lacks, and could sit around the fourms more.
Suggestions: Try and post more on the fourms! Cast those votes, your opinion matters too! - No Change

Mungoman [Moderator]
There not enough availabe opinons, or data I could collect. Try to play a bit more if you can! And/Or Try to interact with the community more!


Kert Kobean [Moderator]

General Note: Has wonderful sit quality and is recognized by the higher staff for having very noteable impacts of going above and beyond, with a regarded sit quality of being superior than others as well as being heavily favored by quite a few players that have went out of there way to sing praises of his name, Has had a wonderful impact on the community.
Suggestions: None! Keep up the good work!


Micheal Bay [Moderator] 
General Note: A good moderator, with properly written fourm posts. Micheal's sit quality is renowned as pretty solid and straightforward 'He's knowledgeable and immediately deals with it quickly and properly' With regardable activity that could warrant an increase his performance is still wonderful and has made a variety of community members happy
Suggestions: None! 

Grelof [Moderator]
General Note: Solid moderator, sit quality goes above and beyond each and every time, always tries to resolve tension and provides a variety of solutions through sits, His sit quality goes above and beyond, clearly handiling sits with ease and never missing a mark nor a beat, A wonderful performance in staffing. Has fixed an issue regarding his behavior in OOC and is quite nice, and comparabley kind to the members of the community.
Suggestions: Maybe lay off the OwO stuff in sits! 

Beasty [Moderator]
 General Note: Nice sit quality and were overall friendly! Is never afraid to ask for help nor lend it to other staff, has had extraordinary sit quality and handles the fourms incredibly well as well has having an extremely friendly manor toward staff and members alike, is very patient with even the most uncontrollable players, never hesitates to help and always takes sits when available.

Yung Pussybanger [Moderator]
General Note: Proper staff member, handles sits quickly and efficently with usually no issue, Though a refresher on the rules and staff guidelines is helpful especially considering the report on this individual regarding unprofessionalism and toxiticity in a sit, as well as a history of mishandiling sits.
Suggestions: Try and be more friendly in sits!

NeatBenny [Moderator]
There not enough availabe opinons, or data I could collect. Try to play a bit more if you can! And/Or Try to interact with the community more!

Vexxx [Moderator]
General Note: Generally a good staff member, wonderful sit quality as well as performing duties that go above and beyond when the opprotunity arises, 'Has been an absolute rockstar when online' when questioned about his sit activity, has been doing phenomoenal and is recognized by the higher echelon of staff for his outstanding performance as well as a general regarding kindness among the community. 
Suggestions: None! Keep up that good work Vexxx!

Legacy [Moderator]
General Note: Has exeptionally good sit quality, always helps other staff when given the chance and plays quite a bit, Is a long lasting face in the community and always tries to be kind and helpful toward players, Very well educated on the rules, 'He handled a complex sit in a minute, and did it effortlessly!' Though some concerns arise with this player being especially toxic and unprofessional during sits when an argument arises But this was mainly a concern of differentiating him through text as English isn't his first langauge, although some players do note some form of Hostility.
Suggestions:  Try to be more kind and respectful to players

Nervous [Moderator]
General Note: Generally an all around good staff member, a new face to the community who has a strong passion to actually develop a love for the playerbase, Is a passionate staff member with exeptionally good sit quality, From the data collected no negative comments have been given about this staff member, Keep up the good work! Though some players note a history of confusion and misunderstanding with rules that can turn sits sideways, but still regardless learns from his mistakes.
Suggestions: None! Maybe just a minor refresher on some rules is all!

Desmond [Moderator]
General Note: Has a generally noteable good sit quality with a moderate activity, involves himself in the staff team in a healthy basis Has no noteable fuckups even during his Tmod phase, although his fourm posts are slow to be wrtten they're regarded as quite well structured, although he has a history of AFKing added with a note of  having no noteable impact.
Suggestions: Try to go above and beyond!

 

Blacnova [Moderator]

General Note: Has a wonderful personal structure of standing by opinions, On the fourms and in discords he often makes his stance very well and makes wonderful points and elaborates for alot of people to understand, Whilst he had a rocky start as a trial moderator during a few sits He has easily revitalized his skills from ages ago and regained himself, He's been doing wonderful.
Suggestions: None! Keep up the good work!

Sanzu [Moderator]

I would like to note I had other staff write this for me, as it felt wrong to try and write my own.
General Note: When i've taught you things you learned them well, you've taken discussions into mind, and you put a lot of effort into what you do - I don't really have any flaws for you right now - you still are learning of course but thats not a flaw so, I mean let's be real, you've met every expectation I've had for you so far...You moved on from the drama, you don't respond to people that flame you for your past/demotion, and you've quite literally turned your reputation in the community and the staff team into something better you've met every expectation i've had so far - From the Staff Team.
Suggestions: Keep Doing what you're doing.

I will re-update this Either Bi-weekly if alot of data comes in, or Monthly
I will NOT do Tmod Rank, as they change way too often.

Statistics:
Over the course of 5ish weeks I'd interview/ask players about the Sit Experience when given the chance, and developed information from there, I've collected this about 782 times, from 98 unique players, 67 of which were long-time/concurrent players and/or noteable players.
