the thing is that i was shot and defended myself and was outside, if i am raiding someone and your in the raid zone and i try to kill you then you have a right to shoot back and defend yourself

During a raid you may go anywhere in the district to defend your raid. However, you may not kill anyone in the district that isn't involved in the raid. Raid counters/takeovers are not allowed so someone just existing in the district should not be default KOS to you unless they are on the doors or interfering with the raid in some way.

I guess i gotta be warned for ardm cause i shot somebody inside the base i was raiding when they were defending it while not on doors

Not_me should be talked to at the least about raid spectating to avoid future issues.
