Im confused why you wont just listen to ironfish and drop the topic out of gen chat. IF your concern was for the mishandled ban, why would you not just make a forum post about it, or CaptainT himself make an appeal -> Proper channels for comm removed people to appeal. The one thing Ill say is , Im not 100% sure Ironfish followed what is written down for "Follow the punishment process. Mute -> Kick -> Ban -> Perma Ban" for our discord moderating guidelines but Im also not 100% sure what u did. Im also working atm. Will update with my vote later. If you just want to talk shit, I can just close this for you. The timeline is as follows. You were timed out, then you were warned by me to drop it, and now we are at the ban. I do not believe your actions warranted a kick, or a lesser punishment such as a 1 week timeout. Timed out for a completely unrelated reason originally, and that was handled and sorted. this whole thing now is a new topic and basically my first time interacting with you. For this appeal, if the punishment is as follows from Ironfish, I am okay with the slightly different escalation path. Somewhat a -1 for the appeal. I would still do a ban but maybe somewhere between 1 week - 1 month.
