but like i said and clay, this was a complete accident and did my best to fix it because all i was trying to do was have fun with clay,  also i would also like to know where this is coming from? this was never put on my record of warns but yet it was brought up to me during a completley different sit. i thought as guidelines were made that if i did ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING it would have either been noted in my !warns or it would have been said to me that something among those lines were going to be put on my record. But nothings there, i feel like this is a case of he said she said without any valid proof. you didnt even understand that that kill was completley an accicent and you put me right on the offense? I dont understand that for something that WAS a complete ACCIDENT was taken into banning me for a day instead of undertstanding that i had 0 intention to kill him but when the person in the sit changes his mind from no to yes i get an instant ban. regardless all i want to say is that a day ban shouldnt have been put into place. I understand that i have a history but at the same time for a complete accidental crossfire it could have just been a verbal, but i get looked at like i do this on a  hourly basis.

We staff for the community, It's up to the victim if he wants you punished, not us. I genuinely feel like you've had more than enough leniency recently that a 1 day ban was warranted.

the "victim" went from a no punishment to then changing his mind. all because i didnt understand what he said. how is that personally fair when i couldnt understand what he said, if he said no to start why didnt it stay that way? as well as idfk why the entire reason of this appeal was an ACCIDENT, cant really confirm on the other ones but this was a GENUIINE ACCIDENT.  but 50% of the sit was you talking about something else which never even happened.... or what you say that is. because if i would have done something wrong, it would have been put on my file almost instantly

While I see what you meant by that,

If the player thinks they were not in the wrong they can appeal.

However, Foul, you did RDM. Whether it was an accident or not, you interfered with another player's RP experience.

You're not new to this, I suggest you learn from this ban and be more careful in the future.

-1 for unban

No its not up to the victim. Its up to the staff member if the person should be punished. The victim can make a suggestion for the punishment but the staff member decides the punishment not the victim. This is why we are staff to make these decisions. Punishments in sits are all up to the staff member conducting the sit. This is just a general refresher for EVERYONE

Hello Foul, I will say I can sympathize with you for being banned and having to take an unwanted break from the server. However you did RDM, that is a bannable offense. Dev1 has the right idea, just the wrong execution with putting his thought process into words. You should almost always ask the victim if they would like the offender punished or not, if the victim does not want them punished we will not hand out any punishment. Getting reaffirmation from the victim that he does want them punished just solidifies our choice in punishment. Which is what Dev1 was attempting to say here when he said "... a 1 day ban was warranted.". You broke a rule, the banning staff member decided to punish you with a 1 day after making sure the victim did have an issue with the RDM. Taking your recent rule breaks into account, I will also be a -1 for an unban.

Best Regards,
