AflictoGaming
Im just going to say again but accidents do happen. Her intent was not to rdm someone and it was a accident. I have seen staff crossfire all the time and yet none of them have been banned for it. She didn't do this on purpose and has apologized for it to that person and here. I will remain with my +1 for unban and ban removal. riddim
Hey Foul, unfortunately crossfire is still treated as RDM, whether it was fully unintentional or not it is still considered RDM at the end of the day. Since neither side has provided any proof ( logs, clips of a sit ) we can only go off of hearsay and your recent history, which makes this ban more than valid. While it can be argued that is it on the harsher side for crossfire, it is still in the staffs power to decide the punishment of the sit. You claim the victim didn't want punishment, the staff member claims they did, without any proof there's no form of solid evidence to back up any of these claims. With that being said, I will be denying this appeal due to the majority of -1's and the ban will stay on record.
