This is not rda you had a bounty so no matter what you can be arrested or fined. Regarding the sit if you want anything done you need to show proof of the sit. I’m - for any punishment twords the player or staff until more evidence is given

theres honestly no real evidence you can give that would go in your favor tho. except how the mod handled it, You had a bounty therefor as stated a few times, you can be fined for that you dont need to be wanted

Going to go ahead and close this. You coulda' just made a sit in the first place. And whether or not you believe the RDA sit was handled well, you could have then made an appeal here. Instead you chose to demote vote them and it went south for ya.
