Why were you banned or warned?

I hit my 15th warns for inciting a slur in chat

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

to be honest I'm not asking for an unban but for a removal of my warn and a 1 ban instead as the original punishment. Succ wanted to ban 1 day first and switched to a warn i didnt know it would be my 15th

ID FIRST LIKE TO THANK SUCC FOR THE PUNISHMENT REDUCTION FROM A BAN TO A WARN NO BEEF HERE 

 

Pussybanger was talking about the difference between a mute and a gigamute, and said that the mute is generally for slurs like the f slur. So i said in a trolling tone to spell the f slur for me 

like when i said that i thought we would be having a funny joke like "the f slur is fabulous" like when u say that the nword is "ninjago". so pussybanger proceeded to spell three letters like here: 

he later revealed that he was simply spelling the british term for a cigarette (smoking) 

So we get brought in the sit by succ im a little surprised i thought it was because of one of my laws. 

and he then says that we're going to get a 1 day ban

he then said this that i kinda find weird tbh (ex staff is not staff so they should be treated like all players, justice is blind) 

I was expecting to get gigamuted for like 20 minutes or a verbal, but a 1 day ban seems excessive to me (im not staff so i dont really have a say on that)

Succ was "cool" and just warned us. 

The thing now is that im banned for 15 warns as my first warns are not that old and are from when i didnt know any rule and was new. 

Please reconsider the punishment i'd accept anything that you guys seem fair but to me 1 week is excessive i been trying to chill with the exaggerated infractions and i been informing myself about the rules to have fun while respecting the server rules.

I am deeply apologetic and my intentions werent malicious in any way and rrom this experience I have learned to refrain myself from ever suggesting such wrong doings

So there is 2 things here while on one hand I did move it down to a warn for the each of you, you got auto banned for the warn (and being honest had no idea there) if I were to accept this what I would do is take away your warn and then ban you for 1 day. To keep it fair but your next warn would be a 1 week ban if that was something I did.

 

I'll be +1 for the above but would like the opinions of other staff before I just go ahead and accept this.

This is my personal take on it, if Succ meant to only ban you both for 1 day I think the warn should be removed and you should be given a 1 day ban instead. However since this is a CONSOLE issued ban, I have no idea if he would be allowed to do that.

A 1 day ban in this case would be valid because of the guideline below.

 

Racism / Vulgar language in OOC should result in a Gigamute for 30 minutes (Along with adding a note on their profile) first then a 1 - 3-day ban depending on continued offenses/previous history

 

I'll go ahead and +1 for removal of warn and issued a 1 day ban

Ok but I’d like to come back on the main reason of my warn. « Inciting players to break the rules ». Yung and I are both adults and like idk imagine me asking someone to mrdm and they do it, would i get banned for that ?

Yeah you get the same punishment as the other player if you're caught inciting him to break a rule
