Why were you banned or warned?

I was banned for Mass RDM, because I killed like 20 cops.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

The reason I killed the 20 cops, is because the mayor made a law called "PD KOS" with nothing else to it. I thought of "PD" as the team PD, or members of the PD, not the building, so I assumed the mayor was making a law allowing us to KOS cops. I was doing this for about 3 kills on a king's assassin's job, before I switched to rebel, and rebelled against the police, which made the other kills justified, because I was on the rebel team, but the mods banned me anyway. I think I should be unbanned, because it was a misunderstanding, and the majority of the kills were allowed because I was a rebel.

they were last year, and this circumstance is different if you would read my reasoning, i didn't even mass rdm cause i was a rebel and the kills were justified, and for the 3 kills that werent, it was because there was a law i didnt understand, that being the "PD KOS" law

The kills with Rebel depend on if you did them during a revolt or not. If you started a revolt with !revolt and killed officers participating, that would be okay. However, I don't agree with the 3 kills on the officers. Why would the mayor make a law that allows players to kill cops? There is a rule specifically about this.

Make your laws something that your officers can enforce, you cannot make rules that allow players/CP to kill each other

If the mayor made that law so players could KOS cops, he would be breaking said rule. So why would you follow it?

You also do not have any evidence included in your appeal. I personally would like to see (if possible) the revolt in progress (as rebel), or any video footage you may have captured.

I agree with Zucc here, not only do you have two other bans for MRDM, but you have three active warns from within three days ago. I know that we value education over punishment any day of the week and this is proof of that. So, even if we do pretend that all of the 20 cop kills were valid, the three kills that you proclaimed as accidental RDM prove to me that even through three warns and two different staff members educating you on RDM you still chose to break the rules, or not err on the side of caution and ask someone what that specific law entails. On to the fact of you claiming ignorance as your defense to the "PD is KOS" kills; I personally have zero belief in that statement, you've been playing actively for the past week, and like I mentioned before, you have even been warned three times for RDM. Even if through some extreme circumstance you were ignorant/uninformed to the meaning of "PD is KOS", Ignorance is not a valid defense. I am a -1 for this ban appeal.

I think the rest of the staff have outlined the faults with your defense. This ban appeal is DENIED. Maybe next time you should perhaps use the year or so since you first joined the server and apply some common sense to any further interactions when it comes to similar situation
