Pedophilia -spam mentioned an admin a message in Damnation's discord "I LIKE TO HAVE SEX WITH CHILDREN AND YOU CAN'T STOP ME @KILOBYTE" I might've mentioned someone else as well I dont recall
it was after a heated argument with some mods on titsrp's discord that resaulted in a mute as I can recall

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I'm not a pedo and I did not act in anyway shape or form that could indiciate im such unlike some the previous 2 admins and several other notable players who'm I should mention have been forgiven and unbanned duo to excuses such as "the legal age is lower in the state they live in"
also that I will no longer be spouting controversial statements to bait a reaction from the staff as that was the intent of spamming the message

one of the many reasons I got such a harsh punishment was the sever hatred I gained by number of staff notably "succ" as I interracted with him a lot since he started playing as I was a very active member who indulged in PVP and would get into a lot of trouble with staff and mainly succ for my questionable yet rule abiding gameplay, but that would almost always resolve and calling a higher up who would always overrule his judgment due to his lack of experience, but sometimes walter would just allow a punishment to go through due to my sits being a headache of some sort to him, also one of the reasons why he harbored so much dislike to me was that he either left or got kicked from "damnation" a gang which I was in a higher position than him in and would state my dislike of him in gang chat while he was online.

non the less I aint a pedophile unlike some notable past staff members so its just not cool to label me one

I think the punishment is very sufficient. You seem to not really understand the errors of your ways here. You go on to say that you are not a "pedo" and did not act in any way shape or form, but spamming "I LIKE TO HAVE SEX WITH CHILDREN AND YOU CAN'T STOP ME" is straight up weird behavior. You are carrying biases on the staff team for your ban, when what you did alone suffices for the perm. You are bringing up how you are hated and why this had an impact on your ban is wild, I see no correlation. You do not seem any bit sorry for your behavior, and if anything, it seems like you feel like the ban was unjust, which is wacky to me. Not what we are looking for in this community. -1 from me.

Tbh jacket I would be up for unbanning you after all this time because I do believe that you ain't actually into that kinda shit and were just trying to get under kilos skin. But man this appeal ain't it. Saying the ban is hilariously awful and unjustified is just wrong. You were pinging admins saying that you fuck kids and that nobody can stop you. I'm not sure how your ban would be unjustified after that. It was a straight up admission to being a pedophile. So for now, I am going to lock this thread. I'll discuss this with the other admins and see what they think about it.
