im making this appeal cause i tried to text some people on discord but they didnt so so i got warned for saying faggot but nobody called a sit on it and i didnt say it to anyone, all i did was say it in context and they one of the mods or sum brang me to a sit by himself an asked if i said faggot and little queer which i said the first but i dont rember saying the second and i got warned for it then got banned cause i reached 25 warns but it dont make sence cause most of those warns are form 1-3 years ago so why are they still being used so i shouldnt have gotten banned and should be unbanned. i wont lie but i jus say faggot alot, like it wasnt on purpose, it just came out like basically every work that comes out my mouth and i literally just got on and bought perm supporter for ur server aswell.

Warns expire after 2 years. Any warns from before 2 years ago do not count towards your active warn count, so if you got banned for hitting the active warn threshold that means you have 25 active warns. You should be appealing the warn instead of the ban, we don't unban people if they hit the threshold unless the warn itself is false. It is in the rules not to use racial/homophobic slurs, so if a staff member heard you say it it would be a valid warn. I'd like to see some more evidence or know more of the story, do you know who warned you?

I warned him for using the f slur in voice chat. He said it calling the person who locked the doors one. He says that he asked “who is the f****t who locked the door” but i heared him saying “you’re a f****t” or something to that effect to a player. It was the building right beside the small spawn tunnel that is a 2 story building. Everyone on the sidewalk and in that tunnel could hear it easily. He was warned but could have been banned instead for his prior player toxicity warns he has (one is unlabled and the other is for racism) that are more recent. Saying it to a friend in an unpopulated area or in pm’s would be different and I would not have to have warned (maybe told him off about it) but in the building with about 6 of us or 5 of us in total. This does not include anyone in the tunnel and on the street/sidewalk who could overhear. If nothing is done then people end up saying “but he was allowed to say it and got off without a punishment or just a verbal but i get warned?” and that is the problem caused by it.

He also called them something else along the lines of being gay but the exact quote is slipping my mind. Also buying supporter or vip or models for cc’s does not make you get any less of a punishment or exempt from the same rules as everyone else.

I mean you hit the 25 mark, there is 0 reason to remove the warn - and no one ever gets unbanned when they get an auto ban for hitting a certain amount of warns. -1 for unban and -1 for warn removal. You should learn from this situation and make sure it doesnt happen again.

Uhh to be honest man, I've always been cool with you & plus I have had 0 issues with you, and while overall it was a pretty minor damn thing to be getting banned over - it was justified. You have a lottt of active warns already hence why you were automatically banned because of how the warn limit system works.

You were literally warned like the day before this warn for player toxicity, you also have a previous warn for racism and another for player harassment. Because of that and all of your other warns/ bans and due to the fact that you have played on this server for so long I can see why you were given a warning for this. You can't really appeal something like this & be unbanned unless the warn itself was false and you didn't do it.

Also I know it does suck that you got banned after buying lifetime supporter, but buying that or donating to the server in any way does not mean you are exempt from the rules as Tyz said or that you get less punishments. Staff are not suppose to + not allowed to show bias.

As Blue said just let this be something you learn from. Shoot I don't even really agree with some of the rules but it is what it is so we all have to follow them or deal with the consequences if we choose not to.

Just wanted to add this too, it does not matter if a sit was called or not regarding situations like this. If staff see a rule being blatantly broken they are suppose to handle it.
