New map missing water reflections

I keep getting this issue. Yes I have tf2 hl2 ep 1 and 2 installed along with cs:s. 

 

I have tried verifying my files and reinstalling gmod altogether. I have also tried unsubscribing from all of my addons. I cannot for the life of me find a damn fix for this. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yeah I am also having the issue
