Why were you banned or warned?

25 warnings. Venderson warned me for ARDM in a sit.
I was in a sit that Venderson was handling, I shot him once in a playful manner, and after doing so he told me not to. He was Staff on Duty job (invulnerable).
Later in the sit, I was trying to get his attention but nothing worked. I sent many messages, including the ones with voice lines, nothing worked so I shot him once more (Staff on Duty job, invulnerable). This seemed to do the trick but he was understandably angry. After the sit was over, he gave me a warning for ARDM in a sit.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Venderson was ignoring me during that sit, maybe he was fed up but the other party wasn't speaking and as far as I can remember neither was he. I know this isn't grounds for putting a bullet in him, especially after he told me not to, but he certainly did not feel it.

I'm definitely not asking for a complete unban here, but a reduction would be nice. My last warning was months ago and I've been trying to stay under the radar for a while. This all came out of the blue, and while I didn't see it coming, I 100% caused it. This is also an apology to Venderson as I shouldn't've disobeyed him or done any of that in a sit.

u dont get a reduction for a console ban for warns. you can try to appeal the warn but otherwise ur just gonna have to serve your sentence

Personally I look at this as you being dumb and knowing it was dumb especially if you're not cool with the staff that was taking the sit. It's effectively like RDMing a friend and then that friend calling a sit on you.

 

It's still breaking a rule and you're allowed to be punished for it.

 

If he wants to take away the warn it's on his terms for me.

I get that. I’m not trying to excuse what I did but I was in a call with a couple friends (andy, dababy gaming) and we were essentially fooling around. The other party brought up the fact that I was repeatedly RDMing Andy, which is true but we were 1v1ing and it was all in good fun. I wanted Venderson to know, so I asked repeatedly to bring Andy but he did not and he did not pay attention to me.

 

Thats what I saw, I might be wrong but in the end it’s up to him if I stay banned.

If he was staff on duty, personally id remove the warn, but its really up to venderson here, however I will say I do think it should be removed if no harm was actually done since staff on duty has godmode

I would remove it as well seeing as he was staff on duty but then again it is all up to venderson.

So ill just say that I asked you to stop attacking me when I initially brought you to the sit and throughout while I was talking to the other person you kept punching me, then as it ended you shot me again.

I have no problem with the warn being removed as 2 weeks is a little much, but Ill ask that if staff is telling you to stop you stop, getting shot and punched in the middle of a sit can be distracting and annoying, regardless if I'm invulnerable or not.
