Why were you banned or warned?

i was banned because i was trading someone my suga and they put in too much and i didnt know until 20 mins later after the fact when i was pm.
i was in a sit and they said I was scamming when i did nothing wrong , kilobyte said its not bannable offense because the other party was neglect and didnt pay attention

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

other party made a mistake and i shouldnt be banned for that . when i trade my pet fish for 21m in items becuase i was less than 7 days and didnt know rare it was i didnt call for a sit . i just chalked it up as me being ignorance. Even though people i talk to told me i could get them banned for "scamming" cuz i was new i just said No , it was my mistake and went back to fishing.

Who warned/banned you?

Succ The Zucc

How long were you warned or banned for?

6 weeks

https://imgur.com/gallery/G1hxtmc   <------ proof of kilo saying it wasnt bannable due to the other party neglects.

Don't know the fully story, but if they were the one that put in the wrong amount that's on them.  While it would've been cool of you to give the money back, you are not obligated to fix their mistake.  +1

by actual definition of "scamming" this isn't scamming. Always make sure you check what you type before you hit the big confirm trade button. If I made that mistake when trading someone I wouldn't expect them to be forced to give the money back.

so basically they gave me 18m  instead of 11.8m . but like i said i was fishing also multi tasking ( not paying attention like the other person)  I didnt change the amount of suga at  the last second or anything . they simply gave me more and didnt pay attention then try to say i scam. like i said when i sold my pet fish for a 21m in items and i told people like chiller and other long time people they wanted a name so they can get them for "scamming me" i just to told them it was my mistake for not asking question and being ignorance aka A MISTAKE!

I'ma be real with you chief the definition of scamming is

"verb (used with object), scammed, scam·ming.

to cheat or defraud with a scam."

If you knowingly have a set price for an item and then a mistake happens where there is an oversale you're supposed to return the amount needed to make it right. This was over a mil which is why we stepped in, in the first place. If you don't call this scamming what would you call this? Swindling? Which is another term used with scamming? You knew the price you saw there was a lot more than what it was and you scammed for over 6 mil. I asked you at least a dozen times before I banned you for it. If it isn't scamming I would like to know what you'd call this.

Lastly while the dudes that did this are assholes for that, vastly underselling isn't a scam. If you made an amount and stuck by it that's not scamming, it's just the way an open market works.
