I was banned by a Trial mod Who specifically said I killed 9 People in 1 minute. When I Only killed 4 but two of those kills were two people trying to jump through my party's bank dupe It should of been a warn not a MRDM Ban. Along with the people walking into my bullets Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? For starters I should be unbanned because I was lied too by a trial mod and it was a unjustified banned along that the people who got me banned were walking in and out of bullets to get killed along with braking NLR after being killed while they tried to Bank raid. That being said, the person that made a sit on you I banned for non compliance and drama mongering. He had signs mocking your ban right out of spawn and wouldn’t take them down after three sits. It’s clear you two had issues with eachother, which gives me some insight. You were shooting your legendary mini gun inside the bank lobby( a public place) the rules state that “Bank Manager may not keep his bank private or only for his friends“ even if people were walking into your bullets were doing it on purpose, you should have stopped after 1 kill. But you didn’t and you killed a considerable amount of people. Because of this I am +1 for a ban reduction but not a full unban. You should have stopped regardless. LeGerbs Posted March 17, 2022 Share Posted March 17, 2022 (edited) I know I'm not staff but one of the points that sticks out to me is that two players were attempting to get into his base which constitutes an actual raid. When it comes to actual raids anyone nearby can be killed in defense of their base obviously within reasonable distance due to the potential threat of those other players. If they had two people raiding them along with however many in a close vicinity I see those as legitimate kills because the players nearby should've stayed away from a raid in progress if they didn't want to be killed. I don't think this player should've been banned or warned due to him having the right to kill the other players nearby. Then again if this player was killing anyone who entered the bank for any reason this would be RDM it doesn't look like this player did that. Feel free to remove this post but please don't warn I'm not trying to start any crap I'm just pointing out situations and similarities I dealt with when I was staff. Yeah the issue is there were no bank raid adverts. They didn’t damage him, they didn’t c4, or timebomb. But I just can’t understand why you would keep firing? So you kill these two who A: did not advert B: did not damage you. But yet you kept firing for around 2 minutes straight. The other people that you killed were in a public spot. And were separate enough in time to stop shooting. The other people you killed didn’t harm you/trespass/ advert raid. And even if I killed those two people on accident it Still wouldn't be RDM as the other two were trespassing if you get where I'm coming from. When someone is standing right infront of ur dupe with out moving its Kinda obvious. I don't think it shows it but my whole party was shooting inside the base to make noise not onto a public spot the 2 minutes of me shooting you would of known it was to a wall as when u tped me into the sit i was still shooting and i accidently killed you.
