MRDM/MNLR (loopholing KOS rules)

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Because what I did wasnt against the rules to put it simply. Apparently playing by textbook KOS rules is somehow �loopholing�. What I did did not warrant a ban, for a couple of reasons. If a new player hopped on, read the rules and played by them they could do the exact same thing I did, which was kill a player revived in their base multiple times. I talked to Sugar directly about this and he told me that this wouldnt be considered MRDM or MNLR, he also agreed that what Bimby did was MNLR. It also doesnt make a lot of sense that for some reason me and Pisser were the only ones that received punishment for it, despite there being 2 other players involved in it with us. They did just as much damage as I did, I just happened to get the kills. I�m not seeking to get these players banned, same with Bimby, I dont want him banned, but its valuable to bring up. It just seems like for some reason this specific scenario just became the cardinal sin of the server out of nowhere. Id understand the ban if you told me not to and I kept doing it but its just an instant ban I guess despite it not being against any rules. You can say that it was just because I saw nutterz get banned for it, which I did see but I didnt know it was for that. I thought it was for when he revived players, attempted to kidnap them then when they shot back he would kill them in retaliation, which makes more sense for a punishment of some sort then what I did.

I dont even know why I have to say this but its pretty obvious I dont have ill intentions towards anyone or the server, yet I am getting banned for a week for a seemingly small reason.

Pisser made an appeal not even a few days ago over the exact same issue and was denied almost instantly, I’m -1 straight off the bat, the reason y’all received the punishment is because both of you were the most serious offenders and Ashby killed them once.

Is this the necromancer thing? Yeah loopholing a rule to keep someone in one place permanently to just kill them is loopholing. It's literally a thing that they cannot help to get out of unless you make a sit or you get raided. Quite honestly I'd be surprised if this was allowed as most players would LTAP just to avoid this shit. 

 

-1 accept a punishment that's rightfully given for an incredibly toxic action.

  Same Situation, brotha we just had 2 of the same situations, one of them involving you, Ya killed the homie 6 times.....  , in the video provided in Wilhelm's denied ban appeal, you were seen killing the homie without even giving him a chance to move.

Like what Wrath said, even just recently there's been precedent for staff punishing for this loophole.

You guys ACTIVELY shot bimby and that other player before they could even do anything. Wilhelm literally convicted himself even more with his own supposed proof.  Bimby brought out his cuffs within reason. The fact that you both are trying to defend this situation is mind boggling. You have to be trolling the both of you, there is no way anyone with reason would think "Hey this is ok, this totally is within the rules"

For the fact that you two are so passionate with the rules, you really don't seem to understand some of the core foundations of them.

Core foundations? Really? Literally quote one rule from MOTD that I broke by doing this.

We werent denying that we killed the guy over and over, the purpose of the video was to show proof of Bimby MNLRing. At first we revived him, Pisser shot him since they were stuck but after that we didnt have intentions to kill the guy over and over until he came inside the base.

You do understand that we've said for basically forever that there is unwritten rules to the server so that the MOTD isn't so fucked to read. Like here's the server spend 2 hours just reading the rules. It's a simple thing of you should know simply right from wrong if you don't know if it's aight then make a sit. Just because it isn't written doesn't mean it ain't breaking a rule.

 

Like for instance. Was using sticky nades over and over on a door or mayor's windows allowed? Yeah. Should it have been something that worked? Probably not. It got brought up it got changed.

 

Simply put if we have to add every instance of how you can RDM be too toxic or FailRP and NLR it would be like reading the constitution. And no one just wants to sit there and read it.

I find it satirical, maybe even cynical that you'd go and try to appeal the unappealable. You see how it goes for others and you think it'll go any different for you?

 

I apologize Quas but you single-handedly walked yourself into this and you will wait your time out like everyone else has. There is no ifs, ands or buts and there is absolutely no room for all the "we didn't have intentions" because one look at your warn list and ban list is enough to know what intentions you carry.
