Why were you banned or warned?

While chasing 'and attempting to kill' Starlight 991: STEAM_0:1:553794431, who was in the middle of kidnapping another player, he had run in between a set of other players.
And in the confusion, a stray bullet hit Nutterz: STEAM_0:0:444621644, after I had killed Spirit nutterz returned fire and I mistakenly believed he was defending his party member and killed him. I was pulled into a sit with both nutterz, and trial-mod Fireborn: STEAM_0:0:162810392, we discussed back and forth and I was given a warning by Fireborn.

Evidence: From a video taken by Nutterz, https://streamable.com/rks8bw notice how starlights tombstone lines up exactly where nutterz had been standing, meaning my intention was to hit starlight not nutterz.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I don't deny that it was RDM, I meant to kill another person and killed an innocent by mistake. However, I feel a warn for a first-time offence in over two years since any previous moderator actions to be rather harsh and uncalled for. Especially considering how much is going on at any given time, and there are plenty of examples of accidental discharges or death happening often.

hello there, i am the Nutterz, while i am normally a pretty lax guy, ill do my best to be thrurough and take my time with this cause I think theres a bow that needs to be tied here

All this bs started when venderson began putting fences only around my base, and constantly watching it trying to kill us non-stop. I did my best to message him and be nice just to chill things out you know,  however this man was not chilled out

He got so caught up in watching us, he rdmed me, by accident or whatever he says, his response did change a lot (first i shot him first, then i was kidnapping, then it was an accident). the problem is that after being told he needed to remove the fences (by a staff member in a sit, i think sunbae?), he did this. So while I dont know how accidental that really is,

I do actually think he should be unwarned. I think hes learned his lesson here, hes not the server hero he thinks he is and he just needs to chill out and have a good time. I have been trying to make peaceful situation with venderson for a long time unfortunately, and i think this is good opportunity to do so. However I have 1 big issue, immediately after being warned, he began to actually threaten me in PMs, and I got scared because I thought he was going to DDOS me or something...either way Venderson lets just chill out man, we can be cool. You have been on the titsrp gmod server for a while it seems and you know the rules, im not disputing that, but that doesnt change the fact your attitude is poo poo. So I think the warn should be removed, and peace should be made but you need to rethink your god complex. Here is the screenshot of him threatening me after the warn was issued (i believe by an admin named fireborn)

I do believe this is unacceptable behavior especially from somebody who proclaims themselves as a long time user of your server.

First off

 

Number 1: I was a cop CC and was in front of the PD either near the front door/garage area or on the mayors ledge/window.

Number 2: Police are allowed to build on the roads and sidewalks in order to create checkpoints/bases or to reinforce the area as stated in the cop general rules. "You can build roadblocks/base/build checkpoints/ do what you gotta do"
Number 3: You were actively kidnapping people in an open area, and as everyone knows kidnapping makes you KOS to everyone else around you It's very possible for anyone else to have intervened.

Number 4: The fences were a direct response to large amount of general crime in the area your kidnapping played into that and was thus affected, perhaps building a kidnap base outside the PD isn't a wise idea.

Number 5: Sunbae had no right to remove or ask me to remove the fences as they were allowed as said by the rules and easily jumpable over, but as he asked I removed the two traffic cones on your sidewalk.

Number 6: Any claims of "targeting" you are completely unfounded considering I had only met you about 2-4 hours since I had joined the server never even interacting with you until the situation popped up.  I did make it known to you that I have a dislike for kidnapping but my opinion on the subject is irrelevant. 

-Finally building a kidnapping base right outside the PD and being surprised when you're shot down by one of the police standing around shouldn't be such a surprise to you. Adding on that there were multiple members of your crew kidnapping people your own video showing I was going after starlight not you, and had starlight not run in front of you. Or you being in a different place you wouldn't have been killed in the crossfire. 

-Also my "changing story" as you call it was me being confused until I personally checked the !slogs and watched the video you sent, and saw you hadn't fired first, I was under the impression that you had and admitted my error to FireBorn in the sit.

Alright guy, I have said everything I need to say. I even say you should get warn removed. Not sure why you are so upset.

You keep repeating this targeting mantra despite the fact that this was in front of the PD one of the most popular areas on the server my fences stretched beyond your base weren't blocking anything and other CP's had setup their own roadblocks right across from mine with metal doors that were even more blocking then my own, never once was I kidnapped by you your argument basically boils down to "Just let me kidnap in peace and don't play cop"

As for my "admitting" to targeting you Nutterz PM'd me ingame and asked if I'd remove the fences since it was becoming a petty slap fight at that point. I suggested to him that if kidnappings stopped or at least slowed down I'd remove the fences since I installed them to counter crimes people were committing including your own, and since an organized kidnapping gang is harder to deal with then unaffiliated  criminals if you had even slowed down a bit I could focus on other areas.
 

 But you continue to jump the gun and have pranced my words above your head as gospel claiming them as  "concrete proof" of my guilt despite never having said "I am targetting you specially nutterz" or anything similar. Even going so far as to claim my in game threats amount to threats of physical harm or DDOS despite it never even hinting at either of those.

Hi, crossfire is still a type RDM on this server, but classified as Accidental RDM, you can be punished for it, this was only a warning which if you have a clean record means next to nothing and it takes about 3 months of getting warnings constantly and serving autobans to get a perma ban at 50

I am also going to  -1 this appeal. Just as Koda said crossfire is RDM and I believe warns are a good way for teaching. I don't believe a verbal would be right because of how the sit went and you have plenty of time played on the server.

press control F and type "target" you will see 4 results, every one of them is from you. you was constantly sitting watching my base and mine alone, thats why ur fences only extended at most over the crosswalk ONLY at my base. and thats why you said "Ill get rid of some of the fences if the kidnapping slows down". you knew what you were doing. im really trying to be mature and civil here but unfortunately you think attacking the only person saying you should get your warn removed is a good idea so i fear your beyond peace and decency.

no matter witch way you put it, obviously you have no interest in dissolving this, and to be honest, i dont really care what happens to you, you should be grateful im even replying now to be honest, after the way you are treating this.

I am going to say -1 for now. I would personally have given a verbal as you have no previous warns in the last 2 years for RDM. It is RDM though and the warn is proper as one of the punishments. That is why I am giving a -1 for the appeal.
