I would like for you to put in a little more effort and go into detail about what happened if you don't mind before i +1/-1 this post. I know that it was like 8 months ago so you may not remember but if you do it would be appreciated. You seem to regret what happened and you are apologetic about the situation. I think that this could've possibly been a language barrier and you didn't understand the meaning of what you were saying. If this appeal does get accepted, just please know that things like this are taken serious (obviously.. hence the perma ban) and isn't tolerated. Good luck!
