I think after thinking about what I said that yes it was a poorly tasted joke / comment and that yes I do deserve some form punishment. After putting myself into fuels shoes I understand how that could make him uncomfortable without the context of the joke. However a permanent ban seems unreasonable. First of all the word hitting on seems like a word that doesn't match what occurred. I did not continuedly go on and on. The joke that I said comes from a episode of cold ones (A YouTube podcast that I'm a fan of). In this episode it was either they tweeted something or they took a shot. (this is the video and what I'm referring to is at 3:20). I said this once and made no other comments like that nor had the intention to do so. I am 16 myself so I did not think that He would become this upset over it. But like I said above I see why he would be. My final statement is that I apologize to fuel but I feel like the punishment was too extreme for what actually happened happened.

You should've known better as you took a 30 day break off the server and mind you, you got banned by the superadministrator rubik, so i am gonna going to have to -1 this appeal. i leave it open for staff opinion + fact its perma so it is up to admins

I was banned for a month but i took a 100+ day break.  (which can be seen in join logs if you have that tool)

It doesn't matter. You served the 1 month as banned by a superadmin and didn't learn that's not acceptable behavior?

First of all I said that at the time when the epstein island shit was happening. Secondly, the person who made that report have reconciled and i was playing with not so long ago.

Honestly, while this was retarded to say after having previously been banned a while back for similar things, HOWEVER, this is not the worst thing someone has gotten perma'd for, not even by a long shot. 


Since you are not trying to get unbanned, and acknowledge this as really retarded(what you said) I'm going to go with +1 for a reduction to a 60 day ban, twice the original ban.

I personally think it should be reduced to 2 months since you already paid a one month, if you are given a 2 month ban, then the next time this happens should be a permanent ban as this behavior is not permitted.
