I have matured since 2018 and miss playing on the server. I know it is bad to threaten DDoS and sometimes say it when I'm mad at staff. It would not happen again. I also donated $50 to the server before I got banned. Why would I donate money to a server that I'm going to DDoS?

Just because you donated $50 dollars doesn't change anything.  Wont change anyones opinion either.  Idk why you even bothered to state that but okay .. this was back in 2018 and only a ddos threat i got no issues with you coming back . Just understand if you get mad at staff dont threaten to ddos . You do this again you will be permanently banned again.  

 

Rigbe just extended the ban for Alex .  Idk who that is but he isn't staff no more . So admin+ will make a decision on if you should be unbanned .

yeah i made a mistake some reason i only saw one ban . But checking back you have multiple other bans as well .   I agree with  blue you have been banned for this before . So im -1 now

DDoSing is illegal, and could make you end up in prison. I don't know why you would say something like that anyway. I can't really say much else besides the fact that donating money on a server will not increase your chances of not getting banned/getting unbanned if you do something bad enough. I can't say what we should do since I don't really know you, but judging by the quality of your appeal, I am going to be Neutral.

I don’t really understand why you would jump from mrdm to ddos threats without ill-intent. Sure it was in 2018 and you donated $50 but that doesn’t change the fact that you still were threatening to commit something harmful to the server.

You also have 6 MRDM bans as-well. This just shows that you don't care about coming back to the server. Sure it was in 2018 but that ban was justified.

Maybe we would have unbanned you BUT you having that terrible record of NITRP and MRDM is really stopping me from going "sure he can come back".

If you miss playing on this server then you shouldn't have MRDM multiple times in the first place.

So this is your third appeal since your ban. You have been banned for DDoS threats before, and have 5 Mass RDM bans. Why should we let you back? What do you have to offer to the server as a community member? Your appeal doesn't really look any different than your last two. I'm going -1 unless you can give me a good reason to +1.

I used to go by Alex Burns, meaning this is my ban. As Issac has stated, you have many previous bans for Mass RDM, so you're no stranger to our punishment guidelines. You would have known (or at least should have known) that DDOS threats, even as a joke, are an immediate perma ban. I'm not sure why the DDOS ban from Peanut Butter was never extended.

 

Regarding your $50 donation, that doesn't matter when it comes to your ban. You could have donated $1,000,000 and the punishment would still not change.
