Bank investments suggestion

I really think investing in the bank is a good idea but as of right now the maximum you can invest is 75k which is really low with high risks. I know there is an insurance option but this only works for one bank raid and even if it could sustain more than 1 raid, the profits are really low because of the initial investments of 75k.

 

I would of suggest changing the % you get from the 75k but this could change it too much, I think the best course of actions based on my experience is to at least change the MAX investment to at least 200k-250k for it to be at least viable for passive income. (can also reduce % to make it balanced)

 

I never really do much profit, even though I understand it isn't meant to make big profit, the profits aren't even worth the risk. 90% of the time I come back with less than what I put in or 0$ even with insurances. This way people can make passive income and comeback get them at the end of the day or can take the risk and wait 2 days. Profit from 200k-250k isn't game breaking and it's worth the risks and it would even give more incentive for bank raiders to raid.

I am pretty sure the max you can even get from investment is 350k but I might be wrong, also I don't really know about a 200k-250k investment, maybe we could just change the whole investment thing and turn the shit into an actual bank, where you could just put an unlimited amount of dark rp inside, and either just not get any interest, or get a small amount that only works for a set amount of money inside, like having 10m inside the bank but the interest cap is 250k. But really though, the investment thing is pretty useless, nobody ever uses it, and even to newer players it's pretty useless, and I believe it should just be taken out and turned into an actual bank.

I was asking question to people about this before posting this suggestion and they told me that the system you are referring to was already implemented 1 year ago or something like that. They said they removed this kind of bank because people would raid it too often and get way too much money which makes sense because people can team with the banker and raid for free which is hard to prevent without video evidence.

 

About the 200k-250k, that's why I added that the % you get back can be lowered so it doesn't go overboard but at least in short term you would be getting at least something that could be called passive income.

The biggest issue i see with the current bank is that the increase in investing is linear instead of exponential, changing it to exponential growth with a higher cap makes it more rewarding to consistently make sure the bank isnt raided and minmaxing insurance

In general the bank system needs to be reworked because it is the most unused mechanic in the game. I will +1 any suggestion to get people into the position of bank manager/guard so we can RP with these jobs. With that being said +1

I was going for a general view on the matter, but you went mathematically in depth and it's good :P.
I would also like to add that the maximum investment should reflect the current economy. 75k is such a low amount that even poor players can afford it. Now if we want to go with specific numbers I can't say, but the cap should be bumped and the interests should be adjusted to it with the exponential system.
