Mav McStubbins (STEAM_0:1:211832682) How long were you warned or banned for? 7 Days Hello, Yesterday I was called to a sit for killing a kid named Revenge for a second time after he launched a Trisha grenade at the public base I was building. It both destroyed pieces and damaged me, so I proceeded to kill them. Shortly after, they returned and came inside the base so I killed them once more. I don't deny that it was questionable, I just didn't want him messing with all my shit again since his previous attack was RDM and a dick move. After this I was brought to the sit where Revenge screamed for a minute and brought up logs to find I had an additional series of kills. These were people who were actively shooting up the fountain area and kept returning, but without getting a real chance to explain, it was deemed MDRM and I was shipped off for 7 days. I have no intentions to break server rules but was put in a bad situation and handled it poorly. I also have many hours logged since I joined and a clean record until now, so mercy just this once would be much appreciated. I can see that you want to be unbanned, but after you did that just shows you didn't care at that point. However, I am gonna be a +1 to reduce your ban to 3 or 4 days. Also, if Revenge did, in fact, raid a base with a building sign, why was nothing done about this / why was this not brought up in the sit? Tugzilla did have a report on him for MRDM, and neither of them had brought it up so i had no idea. Revenge was pretty mad and not gonna lie, the sit could have been handled a little better because i had seen that Tugzilla had killed numerous amounts of people and that is what the sit was around. Then again, that was my own fault for not really giving tugzilla a chance to talk. An exception where I would is that ite obvious they are killing everyone with no intent to rp and newer players who dont know how to call sits were killed and were bothered by it regardless a sit should be called. Did you check damage logs for context to see if it was self defense? We have the tp feature now which is useful.
