USN peepoo Posted May 8, 2020 Share Posted May 8, 2020 Your Steam Name: USN peepoo Your in-game name: USN peepoo Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:190748907 Why were you warned/banned?: Breaking Raid timer x2 Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I was shown a video of Don spectating me for an unrelated reason (Thanks Jason for the video) and i was, i didn't know it was breaking a raid timer and nobody made a sit on me and this was a few days ago. Apparently, Don contacted Jason and showed him the video and Jason was going to talk to me a few days later. Which was yesterday, but when he got on i logged off to go sleep. Wake up and im banned for it and i contact him since he said he had the video, he showed me and i understood and knew it was my fault. But i inquired him more and in dm's he said he asked Doc if its a 5 day ban and doc said yes because its related to an NLR ban which was only upped 5 days because of "an attempted loopholing" and not because it was an nlr itself. Im not here to argue about my nlr ban since this isn't an appeal for it but an appeal for this ban itself. The only thing similar about it was that it was just pickup boxes going to different bases. As far as i know, this would've been a warn if i was on and talked with Jason but i wasn't and i was banned for 5 days after he asked Doc. Also pay in mind there was no sit, nobody made one in game or reported me on the forums. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Jason Bourne 5 days. Why do you feel that you can do these things over and over again and expect the same punishment every time? Doc McStubbins� Posted May 8, 2020 Share Posted May 8, 2020 I would like to mention that the screenshot you provided was from a rule break that wasn't harming or affecting anyone. It was for building in the street if I recall correctly. There is a difference between building somewhere you shouldn't, and breaking a raid timer. The latter effects someone much more. And Jason said he was going to do it yesterday, but i wasn't on. There's also a difference between throwing pickup boxes in a base after you die in a raid and getting a 5 day ban for it because it was loopholing and breaking a raid timer twice but i got a 5 day ban for this as well. I'm going to say -1 to this. -No context to an argument you straw manned. -Admitted to breaking the rule. -Video provided the evidence of breaking of the raid timer. Going into base getting pickup boxes. Goes to base next door puts them down. Goes to original base to get more. Rinse and repeatx2 The loopholing was at the end whoever was in the base at the time throwing you pickup boxes while at the other base as well (That's what I am going to assume as that's part of the raid therefore you shouldn't be interacting with the pickup boxes if an active raid is still ongoing.)
