Why were you warned/banned?: Mass NLR

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I was under the impression that the shark is allowed to "kill anyone that invades its waters" and as a result NLR doesn't count for sharks. I've been told my another admin in the past that "literally the entire point of sharks is to constantly kill." As such I feel like the ban was unjustified since I was simply roleplaying my job and protecting my waters.

Evidence: None, just the job ruleset of the shark saying I am supposed to kill anyone in my waters.

Personally to me there is no point of the shark job if you can get in trouble for NLR. Ill forward this to Greg.

I wouldn't say unjustly because what one admin says doesn't exactly go through the whole staff team unless its a major rule update. Greg is a good mod and yes you were rping as your job. I feel the same as Bunziix and Steve as the shark job and sewer lord jobs are basically just rdm jobs but in different areas. I believe this ban was just a misunderstanding of the rules as you did what NLR is, as in go back and keeping the same rp before you died, but you did it under a job that shouldn't have NLR if it is like the ocean per say.

You were using a prop to hide pickup boxes under that water in the back corner of the ocean. You werent coming back to protect the waters you were coming back to protect the entities i found. I killed you like 7 times for attacking us, so the fact that you said you were protecting waters is BS you were trying to stop us from taking your 10 pickup boxes that you were hiding under the water.

Ok that is different from the ban appeal story. If this is what happened then I understand why greg gave the ban and support him in his ban.

I wasn't even going for the pickup boxes, I was going for the people in the water. If I was planning on really defending the boxes I would have been a class that could actually have taken them away.

I appreciate the time you took to make this appeal, however you fail to mention necessary details that got you banned. You were going back to the same exact location to defend what I would assume were your entities/raidables. You also fail to mention the concentration of most of your deaths, they were all contained to that one specific corner of the ocean, and each one of your deaths were within 10-40 seconds of each other. It would have been a completely different story if it didn't involve any entities, or it wasn't concentrated to that specific area. I had even postponed your punishment to get a little bit of input from someone else in the staff team purely because I didn't want to falsely punish you, after getting said input is when I decided to bring you, explain the situation a bit further, and your punishment time. For the reasons stated above in my reply, and the screenshot sent by Corp pretty much proving the statement I made about the entities this appeal will be denied.
