Why were you banned?: Targeting / Homophobia 

Why should you be unbanned?: 

I don't feel like I was homophobic nor Targeting North, the Only interactions between the 2 of us were :

 

1. I got demoted by "Random forces" then a minute later I swapped to another COP CC and went to the mayor's office and found North, A Hacker with a Furry model (CC Model that can not be obtained using normal jobs such as Hacker) and I cuffed him and he told me I " 1. MetaGame'd 2. FailRP  3. he could whip me out (something along those lines)" I called him out on his Model in private but he didn't respond so I arrested him for Past 2nd door PD + yea I typed in chat "Homo" or was it in Voicechat! that's the only time I would be considered a homophobic? but I don't agree with that, I only said it as a joke.

 

2. (20-35 minutes after the first encounter) A player brought up the recent adrenaline nerfs, and I expressed my opinion and talked about another staff member by saying "he always cries about Adrenalin! he's the only reason the adrenaline got nerfed!" North disagreed with me and it ended.

 

3. (40-65 minutes after the first encounter) I was Testing Character potions to check what the Model bug/exploit was! and swapped to Hacker to reincarnate the same situation as North's when I first met him! and then Saw a "Bank Heist" advertisement by North so in the middle of the bug/exploit test I went to the bank and (advertised Bank Heist b4 entering the bank of course) Tried to Take over the raid! Another Hacker joined the battle with me, but eventually a Jugg came and killed all of us.  

 

 

Keep in mind that the Model Bug/Exploit got triggered on me while raiding the Bank! Don't know exactly when but he accused me of changing jobs during a raid! + he also Had the same Furry (a CC Model that again, can not be obtained by normal jobs such as Hacker" + He was a hacker.

 

in conclusion:

I never intended to be homophobic towards North, I know he's not gay, I just said it as a joke!

I never had the intention to target North and North alone to ruin his RP experience! Only encountered him 2-3 times and it didn't go that well?

 

I should be unbannaed because I didn't do any of the 2 things that got mentioned in Ban, and I feel like North holds a grudge on me! and his actions were based only on RP and our previous history

Well considering doing anything three times is considered mass, I would personnally consider this targeting because you kept involving yourself with him, and it seems like you got a little upset. The second encounter I know you insulted Doc, which isnt good, but not necessarily punishable but you decided to inject yourself into the conversation anyway and annoy North even more. Also if you were testing a bug/exploit, why do you immediatley stop what you are doing and try and take over the raid you KNOW FOR A FACT North is doing. Overall it seems like targeting to me and you got what you deserved. I do want to see what else North has to say about this (He said some things in staff-chat already), and other staffs opinions.

if he wasn't asked to stop are you really gonna tell him he was targeting off rp situations. Crying about being arrested and raided is really childish imo and if the timeline is correct its 2 things in 50 minutes.

If the same thing was applied universally i just need to "get annoyed" with someone in ooc and they can never touch me in rp or its targeting. You are not a special snowflake that deserves special treatment just because you got annoyed with someone once.

If its true that he put homophobia in bna reason for saying homo once in local chat thats obviously just trying to find some dumb reason to ban that isn't even a reason.

 

 

This whole thing just looks stupid imo and literally every single time a regular player feels targeted since over a year the first thing a staff does is to tell them to try to not be around each other and have that as a warning, not going to insta ban.

He called me a homo after I had hacked the mayor panel and had demoted him from his cc cop job.

Almost instantly changes back to the cop job and runs into pd to arrest me. Sees that my model had reverted to my cc model due to charac pot being bugged (btw this had been reported to sugar for a long time)

Continuesly calls me an exploiter while it was just the character potion reverting, so I use another charac pot and get arrested while yelled at by jacket for exploiting the potion.

I come back from being arrested, and start hacking the panel again, see him nonstop get demoted, switch from citizen to cop trying to get to me again most likely.

Apparently at that time he had asked bunziix to spectate me for possible EXPLOIT of the character potion but I had stopped using them after being arrested to avoid being yelled at.

 

He called doc a retard multiple times in ooc for no good reason, it was because of adrenaline being nerfed so add staff diss to it once again.

Eventually finds out what had happened with the character potion.

I start a bankheist by advert. He quickly changes job to hacker and uses the character potions himself to change to his cc model.

Runs towards bank, advertises bankheist too with no intent to actually raid the actual bank since he just changed job, what would he do? wait half of the time for hackerpoints? makes no sense.

I believe I was using character pots during my bankheist as well but I reverted to my cc model while fighting him since I was occupied and prioritised health and armor over a charac pot.

He was just constantly targeting me for whatever I was doing so I banned him for targeting and homophobia but that shouldve been staff disrespect and toxicity instead of homophobia, I just went specific with it.. And left the exploiting part out even because that could spike up the argument that I was doing it to exploit intentionally while I just like to use the charac pots nonstop. I can't precisely time their cooldown and this would be a long list of excuses, which is why it's not in your ban.

 

If someone decides to be a toxic person I can very well remove them from the server. It was not without warning because when he called me a homo he ran into pd and cuffed me. This is when I stated what he was doing wrong through voicechat. He told me to make a report on the forums, antagonising me and not mentioning it was a joke, this is just a lie. Later after the bankheist he also tried antagonising me through ooc so I pulled him into a sit and just went through with a ban.

1. I only encountered you 3 times in my 60-80 minutes of time on the server.

 

2. I called you out for exploiting in a Voice chat in the first encounter! I didn't expose you in OOC, I only told Navarog and Bunziix and spidy of your exploit and it was in a private chat.

 

3. Homophobia? really? I only called you homo as a joke, I didn't know you hated me that much to use that single word I typed an hour before the sit.

 

4. The screenshots are True! but are incomplete, 

• You haven't brought the Job Change log from the 3rd encounter, I swapped to Hacker nearly a minute before you advertised your bank raid, and at that time I consumed a character potion, and didn't know it actually triggered the exploit.
  
• You haven't brought how you crashed into my rant about Doc's complaints and also you counted that as Harassment when you were clearly the one who started going after me. 
  
• The 4th screenshot: the story behind it is that I was at fountain in the CC editor menu, and it wasn't allowing me to swap guns, nor would it allow Kazz, so I got demoted, but switched back to the same cop CC because I had no other CC at the time that allowed me to access the CC editor.
  
• And the screenshots show that you are still exploiting the character potion.
  

 

5. Okay so exploiting? You're going to abuse the exploit and when I find out about it and TELL you that I found out about it, you threaten to "slam" me if I use it, You're honestly pathetic, so you report an exploit and still abuse it? why? "I already reported it to sugar" .

 

6. You could'v asked me to stop "harassing" even though it never happened, or "staff diss" even thought I only called Doc "kinda retarded".

 

7. There are guide lines, Last time I checked if you were being harassed you'd ask them first to stop, then ask the help of an admin, you never did any of that, you only threatened me of a "slam" if I ever abuse the exploit that you were exploiting and still are.

 

8. You told me that it was "metagming" when I first cuffed you in the first encounter, I told you Metagaming is allowed, and you went silent, then called you out on your exploitation of the model.

 

You're not above the rules, I don't believe I broke any rules, You made up stuff and you should be ashamed for doing so.

Any of these situations could have happened to anyone, I really don't care who is Bank Heisting or Hacking the PD Panel or Exploiting, I would have done the same thing with anyone,

+ what's wrong with me asking Bunziix to spectate you? I had my suspicions and I believe I did the right thing by asking Sugar if he could spectate you outside the game, and Bunziix if he can spectate you in game.
