Why should you be unbanned?: I literally did none of the things listed on my ban, it seemed like pure bias on the staffs behalf

Who banned you and for how long? Majorsteam 7 days

Evidence: I was in a gang war with the crips, i was part of the bloods. We killed all the crips and were just standing in the big spawn tunnel. Trumps Tower(a player) walked in front of our gang of bloods and had his medkit in hand. So i moved to him which was like 3 steps away, to get some health, He then advert warns me for some reason, so i moved a few steps away to see spawn and wait for the crips and 4 seconds later he kills me. I went and asked Trumps tower why he killed, he says "i warned you kid" i said "you cant warn someone for standing next to you" he says "yes i can" or something like that. This was all typed into chat. I then use my voice and tell him he cant do that , he types " i kill people like that all the time" I pasted the rule showing you cant be warned for standing near someone. He then types "plus you were following me" only after seeing the rule, lol. I then called a sit for RDM. Majorsteam takes the sit and pulls Trumps tower and then pulls me a few seconds later, which was odd to me. The moment i got tped i started telling the story and trumps tower immediately states  " he already knows the whole story". Which makes me think they were already discussing the issue prior to pulling me which was also odd. During the sit major kept saying " so you were following him" i kept telling him no. Multiple times he asked, i said no every time. I then say EVEN if i did follow him he couldnt kill me because he ran up to my rp situation and warned me. Major then says " so you did follow him" i was thinking how dense can this guy be, Im not sure if it was the fact that it was really late at night and he was just jumping to conclusions, but not once did i make anything up in the sit nor lie during the sit. This ban was completely uncalled for.  My friend Hipikayay seen the whole ordeal. before i was banned major put in chat "i think you need some time to read MOTD" He then banned me for an entire week.

Honestly this is weird because without evidence on majors part it’s hard to decide this but if you can, can you provide evidence like video? Or any kind of screenshots?

It's really hard to decide without evidence!

But, if the story happened to be true, That'd be some scummy thing to do by Major.

1. He can't warn you to get away if you were in a public area without doing anything to him, such as Mic spamming or Body blocking the Tunnel, I can see from the report that the whole situation took part in the small Tunnel outside spawn so that's a no no zone to warn unless it's intended for RP, and secondly If he walks away then the warn would be over unless he comes back again.

2. According to C0rp's story You pulled Trumps first. and you got the "Whole story" out of Trumps first without C0rp being there to actually know the other side of the story, and from what he said, You kept ignoring what he was saying and I think it also goes under the "You should Listen to both sides" that you didn't follow.

3. I feel like something sketchy happened here.

 

This type of punishment doesn't really warrant a 7 day ban. This is easily a day/2 day ban at most, so this is kinda fishy. I will await the response of Major however.

I don't know if I can express my opinion but I'd +1 for an Unban, as I believe this whole situation is a misunderstanding from all 3 sides.

So you called the sits and the person you reported got TPed before you did? And then you got banned in your own sit? Unless Trumps Tower called a sit on you I don't see why a ban was necessary, regardless of what happened. This definitely could have been worked out through discussion with both parties involved. If Major knows Trumps and TPed him without you present I don't see how this sit is even valid and you should be unbanned immediately. 

Nonetheless, Major has 24 hours to respond to this. If we cannot get him to respond and give his side of the story within a timely manner then I will personally unban you.

Unless trump had a actual reason for warning you I don't think this situation was at all your fault but in the hands of trump. If all you did was stand next to him and didn't talk to him or whatever I don't see it as a valid warning reason. Now if you were micspamming or something like that then that's a different story.

I never told you i was following him, not once did i say i followed him. I said "even if i followed him because he came up to me and warned me" Never did i say i followed him. I was the one that called a sit for rdm lmao, so id love to see this "proof" youre talking about. And i have the ass end of that sit recorded and saying "hahahahahahah" and "what is this test day?" after you started quizzing me on rules that didnt pertain to the sit lol.  And i love how you quote yourself out of context, I asked you "go ask a higher up if you can walk up to someone standing in public, warn them then have them kill you if you follow them" but you stated you asked if you can warn someone for following them which was not what i said, this whole ban is bullshit and the fact that youre still trying to justify it, is beyond me. Why would the player who called a sit be banned? Why was the player who called a sit brought after the accused player? Why was corp banned for calling a sit? I don't understand why corp would deserve a ban in this scenario? If he was wrong or lying why ban instead of just ending the sit?

He deserved to be banned in this scenario because he was INTENTIONALLY trying to get someone banned even though they didn't break any rules. He was looking to get someone banned which is quite malicious to be completely honest. 

 

You ADMITTED to following the player, and after he warned you and he killed you, you called a sit even though you knew you were in the wrong. The sit would've gone 100x smoother if you weren't being a complete minge during the sit, every time i would say something you would call me wrong, or completely disregard what I would say. All you did was say "DO NOT warn people for general actions such as walking down the street, looking at them or being near them" Over and over again like I didn't know the rule straight from the MOTD.

 

I told you that you to take some time to read the MOTD and you told me "No, I read every single changelog buddy" or something along those lines.

 

At the end as a joke I quizzed you on a NEW rule that was recently added to the MOTD to test your "knowledge" on the MOTD and the changelogs that come out frequently. You didn't answer it so i assume i was right because you didn't say anything at all during those 10 seconds :)

like i said in multiple replies as well as the sit, i NEVER said i followed him, and what are you talking about i barely used my voice everything else was in chat. You had no proof either one of us (trumps tower) was in the right or wrong so how in your right mind can you justfully ban me? i didnt call the sit to make shit up to get someone in trouble, i wasnt even gonna make the report until trumps tower said he kills people all the time for standing next to them after warning. How about you pull up those logs, that would be nice as well as prove that he in fact did kill me for simply standing next to him. Youve already made up multiple things in this appeal so i say we get all the chat logs from the situation and the sit afterwards. And i was diregarding what you were saying becuase you KEPT saying "so you did follow him" at least 4 or 5 times after i told you i never followed him. He states i said no to reading the MOTD but thats not what i said either, i simply said i read every changelog.
