Sure, the MOTD could use some rules added to cause less confusion and less reports. Glad to see Peanut Butter is starting to knock some sense into the people saying the MOTD is just fine the way it is. But really dont you think it will CAUSE LESS CONFUSION if a couple more rules were added? Maybe not everything Peanut butter did will be changed but maybe add some rules to fix the confusion between us staff and users.

When I train fellow t-mods I show them all their commands and how they work. Then I tell them WHEN to use the commands and what commands can help is specific situations. They get a lot of knowledge and they know when to use commands and what logs to check in specific situations. For example Jackta: he didnt know how to use any commands besides basic ones. He had trouble getting use to specific sits. I also was there in sits with him to make sure he was doing fine. Jackta even got MOD before I did. I felt like a proud father when jackta got promoted. Besides of those details on how I train lets get started to the point. Some mods aren't very patient and just want to get it over with which causes trouble for the t-mod and mod. Other mods just show them commands and suppose thats proper training. A lot mods just show them commands and thats it and that doesn't even help much. From what I see the t-mods that got promoted were fairly trained and their trainer was there to give out help. The other t-mods...that got trained poorly are no longer part of the staff team. Down to conclusion maybe there should be specific mods/tmods who can be called "Trainers". Why you ask? Because THOSE people are willing to train them and help them along the way.

Im trying to give a fair chance currently. I know Blacnova has been on everyday but I havnt really updated it much. Mainly since its the holidays and I want to give the staff team a chance to remain active and not inactive because of Christmas. Things should return to normal and updated daily.

This was a huge problem way back when I first joined. I was just hanging out with my fellow pedophiles and out of nowhere we just freeze and then come back. I continued to do my job and then my friend started asking me to call a admin because he couldn't type, couldn't leave, and couldn't access his guns. So I kept calling mods and they never answered when I made about 3 sits. So I simply told him to force quit. Later it happened to me and simply force quit was the only way out. This never happened to me since then. If you guys are experiencing it then maybe this can turn into a huge deal.

I can confirm this is a thing. Caused Stephanie to RDM (considered crossfire maybe)because of this stupid bug. I went to the back of him when he had the lightsaber out and it killed me. Needs to be fixed before it can cause more trouble
