Let's think about what the good ol' admemes do that mods cannot. They can accept staff apps, permaban, demote people if needed, accept ban appeals and reports if its not something obvious and talk in staff meetings. Mostly these are things that aren't really needed too often and with the current admins that are active they do a good job in my opinion. We maybe need 1 or 2 new admins to help out but really it should be up to how good quality the staff is to see if they get admin since we are not really in dire need of new ones Edit: to clarify mods can make decisions about any ban appeals as long as they aren't funky https://titsrp.com/showthread.php?tid=7076&pid=47081#pid47081 (you shouldn't be able to see the post if you're not mod+)

Gang missions: You get 1 mission per week and the whole gang has to do it, it should be a hard task and give alot of gang xp or other rewards like maybe another talent for 1 week or maybe something completely unique? my ideas of missions: Kidnap 100 people and sacrifice them to satan. Survive 5 minutes as terrorists 10 times Win a gang war 3 times Summon thomas the tank engine while in a gang war Survive 5 revolts as mayor Kill a revolt leader 2 times Be in a revolt when it it is won 10 times rob the bank 3 times Overall i think this gives another fun thing to do as a group to expand on the idea of gangs

I say this every time a staff needs a break but I feel its important. Your wellbeing is more important than a server and if you need a break just take one and come back when you like, the community will welcome you with open arms (unless you're zesh)

This sometimes go over our heads but there aren't many devs that work as hard as sugar. Most bugs that are found in the server are fixed the next day or within a week, we always get optimization changes to make the game run more smooth and during all of this sugar still finds time to work on new features like the gang update and our suggestions.
