Goons that are already in the game are pretty fucked because half the spawns are out of the way, in a wall or in a ton of places where you can just find a place on a roof and gun them down, Rather I want more spawns or just a time where they spawn all over the map with less hp yknow

1. There are cheaper alternatives to c4, Significantly cheaper. C4 is generally overpowered due to how everyone budgeted the power for raiders to purely be for the few raiding tools there are. No one wants to base because we have people who spam raids every 15 minutes and have the ability to just yeet c4 into bases and remove the combat part of raiding where all you gotta do is rush them at mach speed and gun them down while they are unprepared to deal with the speed of bestials. 2. the new guy cc was introduced to give new players an idea of what the system is, and how it works. Removing the cap just means everyone will be a thief and no one will be doing anything other then making 2 fence bases that people just walk right through nowadays. 3.
