I have handled cases like this. typically, the offender would be forced to give back the entities by putting them in a pickup box that can be eaten and teleported safely back to the victim's property. Another issue with your complaint is that you wouldn't just keep getting warned for the same offense. the whole point of having a record for warnings is that every other staff can see that a given rule has already been explained to you, by who, and when. Eventually, the person will get more severe punishments such as a ban, and many things are tolerated so little that after you have been warned once for it, you get banned next time you break the same rule, especially if its recent. (RRDM for example). The only reason they wouldn't is because the staff overseeing the situation is incompetent or lacks proper training/knowledge. So essentially, yes, you are complaining for no reason, or at least for the wrong reason.

Plays.TV and OBS cause more issues than they are worth Sony Vegas is just an editor, it doesn't record gameplay. No one wants to pay for stuff. Just get fraps. its easy to use and customizable, and old enough that its easy to bootleg without worrying about viruses and stuff if you are a nub.

well that, and people abused it by wearing giant props, props/colors that made you hard to see, make it hard for everyone near them to see anything, stuff like that.

all a warning does is communicate to other staff members that you were informed of the rule you broke. if you are continuing to get warns it means you are not learning.
