Well can somebody explain what happened to cause this? I'm genuinely curious I've only heard small details and none of this makes sense to me. No problem dude Just kidding lmaoo. But yeah he was apologetic about the situation and after we explained some stuff he realized he was in the wrong. He does seem like a pretty chill guy so I'm glad I was able to go this route instead of a 7 day ban.

I'm glad we were able to handle it like we did. The guy didn't seem like a minge but he still sadly did MRDM you and your fellow party members. Because it wasn't a Mass RDM against all players and he only targeted y'all 3 I felt it was right to let him go with a warn since you 3 were able to forgive him. He thought he was RDMed by you guys at first which is what started it all (we later determined you guys didn't RDM him) and so he let his emotions get the best of him like you said. This was one of those sits that really show we should push education over punishment. He believed he was in the right at first and if I just banned him right away and didn't explain why what he did was wrong he would've been left thinking he was randomly banned, and have anger towards the staff team and you guys too. But the way we handled this actually educated him on what he should do if he thinks he is RDMed, to avoid worsening a situation. Thanks though Quas I really appreciate it.

My second paragraph was on topic. You have yet again another issue with the server so I just made a point and recommended something (based on what topic you just posted.) And like I said if you dont agree with the !motd then you should post what rules you think should be changed and how they should be worded differently. It's very hard to have rules on this game mode that are not going to have a gray area in some way, shape, or form. You would have to add sooo many hypothetical situations to the !motd to cover these, and even then there will still probably be gray areas.

There are so many aspects and rules to Garrys Mod it would be damn near impossible to do this I feel like. No matter how you worded the !motd there is always going to be a gray area somewhere. Different situations have different variables that determine who is in the wrong and who's right. If you'd like to volunteer and go through the !motd and point out which rules you believe should be changed and how they should be worded differently I'm sure the higher ups would look through your suggestions. I think you would be better off on a SeriousRP server though because you seem to feel VERY strongly about rules and want every little thing being strictly enforced. I don't know if TitsRP is the right server for you because we don't seem to ever be up to your standard. From you complaining about the staff that volunteer to keep the server a better place, and now our !motd is an issue too. I don't even mean this in a rude way but you seem to have a lot of problems with how this server is ran, but still choose to play here so it kind of confuses me.

I dont believe all staff members are minges, don't let a couple bad ones make all of us look bad. I will admit there are some staff members who shouldn't be in the position they are but there are also many staff members who are fair, respectful and do our job to the best of our ability.
