if you hover a dragon egg over a enchanted weapon from rare-epic-legendary weapon you should be able to have a choice to change the unique effect of a wep.

Hello, I won’t be using this so maybe one of you may. This spreadsheet includes every enchantment and it’s mins and maxes on the enchantment. I probably messed up somewhere so if you see something that isn’t right just comment here. This can be used for price checking epics/legendaries as you now have a complete lists of what the best and worst is. This has been brought up to sugar. A expensive way (more expensive that you are proposing) on changing the effects of weapons. He said he doesn't quite know if he wants to add this idea if I recall correctly but I still ask for it every staff meeting.

only currently forceable by superadmin, so i don't think it should be something you can get as a quest.

kind of fucked up as a mod to be using homophobic language like that my guy
