wow. just wow. it’s honestly exhausting. like the fact that we still have to talk about this in 2025?? civil rights. literal civil rights. not as some throwback moment or some history class chapter, but as a thing that’s still being fought for every single day. we’re not talking ancient history. we’re not talking “remember when.” we’re talking right now. still. after all this time. and the wildest part is how many ppl still don’t get it. like they really don’t see it. or they choose not to. like bro how are you out here pretending like everyone’s got equal rights and equal opportunities and equal treatment when it’s painfully obvious that’s not the case. like open your eyes. log off your privilege for two seconds. there are people who literally have to think about how they dress, how they speak, how they move through public spaces—just to feel safe. just to survive a traffic stop. just to not get profiled or followed around a store. just to exist without someone calling the cops for doing something completely normal. and you wanna sit there and say “it’s not that bad” or “stop making everything about race” or “you’re overreacting”?? no. we’re not. you’re underreacting. civil rights aren’t optional. they aren’t accessories. they’re not some bonus prize you get if you fit the mold or play by the rules society made without your input. they’re basic. fundamental. non-negotiable. and yet here we are—still having to convince people that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect and fairness. it’s infuriating. and it’s heartbreaking. because people have died for this. they’ve marched. they’ve been beaten. jailed. surveilled. silenced. killed. just for demanding the right to be treated like human beings. and even with all that history, even with all the progress, we’re still getting pushback. still getting “both sides” arguments. still getting told to wait, to be patient, to calm down, to stop making it political. nah. we’re done waiting. we’ve been patient. we’ve been peaceful. we’ve been loud. we’ve been quiet. we’ve written the essays. shared the infographics. done the emotional labor. and still people act like it’s too much. like we’re the problem. you ever think maybe the problem isn’t the people fighting for their rights, but the systems that keep denying them? maybe it’s not the protests that are disruptive, but the injustice that made them necessary. maybe the anger isn’t the issue—it’s the reason for the anger. and don’t even get me started on performative allyship. y’all show up for the posts, the hashtags, the black squares. but where are you when the hard convos start? where are you when the laws are being passed, the votes are being suppressed, the rights are being stripped away piece by piece while you scroll in silence? this isn’t a trend. it’s not a moment. it’s a lifetime. for so many people, this is their everyday. their reality. and if you have the privilege to “not think about it” or “stay out of politics,” then congrats—you’re part of the problem. so yeah. wow. just wow. not because we’re shocked. we’ve seen this before. we’ve lived it before. we’ve yelled about it a million times. but it still stings. it still hits. because we shouldn’t have to keep saying it. but we will. we’ll keep going. we’ll keep showing up. we’ll keep fighting. because civil rights don’t defend themselves. they don’t uphold themselves. it takes people. it takes pressure. it takes all of us refusing to accept anything less than justice. so if you’re tired of hearing it, ask yourself why you’re more upset about the noise than the reason for it. if you’re uncomfortable, good. growth is uncomfortable. truth is uncomfortable. but we don’t have time for your comfort anymore. not when people’s lives are on the line. not when rights are being rolled back in real time. not when silence equals complicity. you don’t get to opt out. not anymore. you’re in it. we all are. so stop scrolling. stop deflecting. stop pretending this isn’t about you. it is. civil rights matter. now. always. do something. say something.3 points

Freedom of Speech is an important factor in the world. If we banned every player who said nigga or called someone a offensive slur, there would be a MASSIVE drop in players that would result in a dead server. Of course its not nice to just let people talk shit about others or let BULLIES and HATERS spread offensive and negative info on someone. To some point it is controlled and those people are dealt with, though its only on the most extreme cases. I guess there will always be negative people who have fun by hating on others. Its natural. But Banning/Punishing everyone who shares a different belief then you isnt really a fair solution. There have been heated discussions in /ooc about Religion, Politics, Gender, War E.T.C. That result in people disagreeing all the time. This INCLUDES talk about Trans people and their beliefs. Some people just CANT ACCEPT THAT. We cannot punish them for it, because Forcing OUR BELIEFS onto others is not ETHICAL. If somebody says a joke in /ooc about trans people, it shouldnt be taken personally or as a delibarete attack on all trans people. Sometimes a joke is just a joke. If the same person is doing it over and over and over again, then some warning about being more respectful is in order and later on a punishment can be applied and if a player verbally attacks someone on purpose, of course staff should get involved and try to control that person, but Punishing, Negative Repping or starting a heated deep discussion about your beliefs after somebody makes a joke is not OK. People need to be more accepting and forgiving to one another. Try to spread Love and Positivity into the world. Laugh at offensive jokes, instead of taking them personally, Try to help others instead of blocking and hating on them Always remember - Stay Blessed, Never Stressed2 points

This all could've been solved day 1 if staff would've looked at the evidence below...1 point

the moral grandstanding about respect is pointless. Nobody cares that you're trans or what sodomite activities you get up to. The reason you people get made fun of is because you draw attention to yourself by being a disgusting sexual deviant in OOC and anon talking about furry femboy bussys 24/7 and how much you like to wear your sisters clothing. You're also all bad at the game and make it worse by suggesting stupid shit to Rubik. 99% of the people who have faced "harassment" for being trans on the server are only harassed due to basic social pressures that would exist regardless of what arbitrary label you choose to put on yourself. Let's not forget that Sugar abandoned the server because of people like you raping the community. The reason you people get harassed is because you are annoying, immature, contemptible, loudmouth annoying cunts the vast majority of the time and make the server actively worse. I don't think that you actually take as much offence to transphobia as you try to represent. I think you have the middle age woman HR Brain syndrome that makes you think "THAT PERSONS SAID A BAD! THEY NEED CONSEQUENCES!". What I'm saying is if you had any other obvious inherent characteristic (Being black, gay, jewish, or you watch Hazbin Hotel etc) people will make fun of you for it when you piss them off and this happens to every person who decides to identify with some "group" on the server. Personally I don't care at all what you do with yourself and if you want to live a lifestyle that will make 90% of people who see you think you're a weird freak thats up to you. You have that right. But you don't get to claim immunity to the social contract just because you're online. You are a bunch of fluoride junkies. Stop inflicting your personality disorders on the server and go play in the mcdonalds ballpit where you belong.1 point

i love trans people if people have complaints about transphobia/homophobia/racism or whatever please reach out to me or any other admin / smod and ideally have screenshots of what it is you're complaining about - alot of the time people will make complaints about others being overly toxic and then provide literally nothing, to which we cant take any action. if people do not agree with people being trans or gay, that is your own choice and opinion but as others have said they are still people and deserve the basic respect you'd give to other humans. Yes, I am aware of the overly sexual people, and overly sexual individuals are going to start being punished for being 24/7 sexual if they do not stop when told. If you have issue with someone being overly sexual, report them and/or make fun of them for being a weirdo, not their sexuality/identity! :3 (idk why this post is still getting replies) i love trans people1 point

I don't know why you've posted an outdated LeGerbs' selfie @Booper Scooper. This is a poor attempt in trying to fat-shame him. He's currently on a weight loss journey. He went from the quoted image to this figure in less than a year. I'm deeply sorry that Booper tried to bully you publicly @LeGerbs TitsRP is a safe haven for fat people. Props to him0 points

Hi. Welcome to the decompression chamber. So, for like the past two or three months there’s been a few notable incidents where I’ve seen some trans members of the TitsRP community being subject to abuses of various kinds. The usual, dumb kinda shit you see on Gmod or just the internet as a whole obviously, but also slurs and general player targeting. Now that Agro is finally on the chopping block and out of the staff team I feel like I can say with full, less-than-professional clarity: Fuck that guy. Fuck everyone else involved in perpetuating that behavior too. The mask has slipped enough for it to be blatantly obvious, but I wish it didn’t have to come to that point in order for something to be done about it. Some of y’all have probably more than noticed the gaslighting taking place when trans folk on the server would have their concerns/reports ignored or would become the recipient of extremely severe punishments for minor indiscretions. Bringing up incidents like these, I’ve seen people (Agro included) say that it’s an overreaction and not that important. Well, here’s where complacency brought us. I wish I could say it’ll get any better, but it won’t. That’s kinda a fact of life right now, and I’m sure y’all know it much better than I do. Regardless, I wish you all the best and I hope you’re all doing okay. Crossing our fingers, things will look better, and people will stop playing pretend like there isn’t a problem. I say it a lot, but remember to document everything. Have receipts, so that if incidents occur, no guilty party has plausible deniability. Thank you for being a part of our community, and stay safe.-1 points
