Scamming over 1million dollars is not allowed. You were aware because you read and agreed to the MOTD prior to playing. People get warned for RDM because they may not have understood the situation or it may have been an accident. People who RDM with the intent to annoy, bother, harass, or impede other players get banned. Prop block's only function is to impede other players. You weren't "restricting movement" but you were literally blocking his entire gun stand and stopping him from selling weapons. Prop block is also in the MOTD as being against the rules. DO trade at your own discretion and do your research. Being scammed 1 Mil or more DakrRP cash or any amount of IRL money is subject to review and punishment. Ask for a staff witness if you are unsure of a transaction DO NOT Propblock - MOTD, https://titsrp.com/showthread.php?tid=4 I will unban you. Do not be a dumb. Call for staff if you have an issue.
