Ban appeal because a moderator decides not to ask questions before giving punishment

Why were you banned?: "attempted mass rdm" "irdm"

Why should you be unbanned?: This whole thing was a misunderstanding, I demoted a mayor using !Unfun because I thought it was okay to do so, I didn't know I had to call a vote because nobody liked their laws. They were demoted anyways so idk. Jason bourne tp'd to me and explained I couldnt demote him for laws people didn't like, and i said okay, then he comes back to me a little while later and says he has to warn me. My buddy jawson is standing next to me so out of frustration about getting a warn, I rdm'd jawson. He didn't even press charges. Jason bourne Jailed me and I accidentally threw a sticky grenade but I didn't kill anyone, I was in thirdperson and thought i was throwing bacta grenade and just had to go with it. Nobody died, just some people standing around jail cage was damaged. So I shouldnt have been banned for 7 days, Jawson told him in chat we were just messing around thats why I rdm'd him and I didn't mean to throw a grenade I was in thirdperson and thought I had selected the healing grenade. Thankfully, nobody died but the moderator Jason bourne blew the whole situation out of proportion by giving me a ban. Jawson was there the whole time and said " I think he was just trolling me"

Evidence: none besides what Jawson can post because I've already closed my game so no console logs, I know some will think its your appeal so why asking jawson for evidence well because he is the one I rdm'd and he didnt report

Okay sooooooo, basically oringe rdmed me because we rdm each other a lot just like the rest of our gang. He then got jailed because he was in a sit or suppose to be and he RDMed me and I'm not sure if jason knew we were friends or just didn't wanna deal with it cuz they were suppose to be in a sit. Anyways Oringe got jailed because of it and then while oringe was in jail and I walked back oringe threw a sticky grenade which lead to damaging prolly like 3-4 players. I'm not sure if he was trying to blow me up or he thought it was a bacta grenade. He wasn't banned for RDMING me he was banned because he threw a grenade in the jail and damaged multiple players(not killing anyone). I don't think he was TRYING to mass rdm or attempt mass rdm but I will admit it was stupid to throw a grenade in the jail.

Why would a mod tell you that you can't !unfun? There have never been any rules for what you can !unfun for. This entire situation seems pretty sketchy to me. We'll wait for the banning staff to comment.

Jawson explained what happened to me ingame with the grenade thing, if it was a mistake then maybe jason overreacted but i wasn't there I would doubt that if you said it was accidental and you were going to heal grenade he wouldn't ban.

 

I don't think there is a rule about what reason you can unfun for except that you personally think the mayor is unfun, its the servers vote anyways.

When I rdm'd jawson as he stated , Jason had teleported to me and ran up to me and said "yeah oringe,i'm going to have to warn you for false demoting the mayor", I rdm'd jawson, and he jailed me. I accidentally threw the grenade but when I killed jawson he wasn't apart of the sit or anything and Jawson told Jason he didn't have a problem with it. I wouldn't really call it rdm in a sit,even though I killed jawson, we were right on the street with him 2 feet away from me and wasn't really involved in the sit, i don't think the reasons qualify it to be called Rping in a sit.

And I told jason it was an accident and he proceeded to check logs and i guess I damaged 2 other people.
