It's your attitude in-game what counts." along the lines of that. So applicants that are mingy af won't complain saying: "WELL YOOOABEAR SAID ALL I HAVE TO DO IS MAKE A GOOD APP TF". Other than that, not the worst guide. Hopefully people won't put 2 seconds in their application if they decide to read the guide. Sure staff can fuck around but at least one guy can take sits.
