If there was no warrant (aka failRP and or RDMing) it would still be mass NLR and or revenge RDM. Howmuch days do you have left? Howmuch days do you have left? yeah North I'm sorry for the ways I took the situation, I should have handled it better but I didn''t know at all what I was supposed to do in that type of scenario since it didn't seem rp like from the beginning at all. I was really confused on my thoughts at that time after I killed the cop I didn't even re-enter my base just left it alone, still not knowing who was right or wrong (until we were called into a sit) but feeling like an asshole bc I only went back only to get revenge for his fail-rp actions... and I have 2 days left on my ban and I reallllyy don't want to wait it out, on a business trip with my brother and my paper id works NO WHERE ._. Annd one more thing please respond to this question; if a cop arrest/kills me outside my base without no want or anything and proceeds to raiding my base what's the best actions I can take from my stuff being destroyed? n.garza3294 Posted March 23, 2018 Author Share Posted March 23, 2018 Seems very remorseful after serving a Substainal amount of his punishment Looks like he learned his lesson +1 for unban / ban shortened thanks for the plus 1 man and yeah I really did learn something from this; even though when something seems really wrong/off to me I still gotta act and be my best when it comes to rules no matter what the situation is and not break rules 4 rules since it only leads to more bullshit and arguing. edit: after my first 7 day ban for exploiting I planned on taking my time when reading rules but never could since I was ip banned on fourms, even complaining in ooc a little bit on how I couldn't even see the rules and how no one could unban my ip. But since I'm at a new location I took time doing that. Whitelace made the sit and I tp'd in, I was not a cop so no warrant from my part. I'd have to ask whitelace if he had made a warrant because the screenshots I have only show what I sent above. I will discuss this with other staff members and I'll come back with a judgement later. That's a form of NLR against the Gabe but this isn't about him. But he ends up killing me after I tried to kill him. I went back two times (not knowing who was right or wrong) without a gun asking politely as to why he attempted rda/trying raid me without a warrant. There is /ooc for a reason. You could've asked in OOC about that. If he didn't respond or give you a valid reason then you should've called staff instead of going back to the place you died. After that I got really heated thinking he was a minge/rule breaker so this time I went back with a gun and killed him before my stuff got wrongfully destroyed. Checkmate. -1 for Unban You only have two days left on your ban. I'd wait it out. n.garza3294 Posted March 23, 2018 Author Share Posted March 23, 2018 -1 for unban Simply there is too much evidence against you , you even admit to nlring , It may have been a mistake but you still should have known it was NLR I never denied the nlr, I'm explaining why I went back after unlegitly being attempt arrested/killed. and if he killed me in the other room and I go back to my base with no warrant up that really shouldn't be nlr at all. the first time I came back he was just standing in front of my door, me going up to him asking whats with the failrp or something along those lines, but then again without a warrant or anything he just kills me souly off hearing printers from my base. After that I got really heated thinking he was a minge/rule breaker so this time I went back with a gun and killed him before my stuff got wrongfully destroyed. Checkmate. -like I just posted, without there being a warrant up and how I the first place I died was in a other room and him killing me after trying to enter my base / talk to him acts as another attempt rda or something but in this case rdm, and in rdm, nlr rule doesn't apply unless it revenge rdm (which I fully did and ive served my time for that action) so I was still allowed to go back. so that's 2 rules broken from him maybe even 3 because of being a corrupt cop raiding without a warrant.
