Evidence: i was on top of a roof watching my gang member, hipikayay, kidnap people and put them in my base. I see one cop start non lethaling him and another cop cuffing him. I killed them both. i was then brought into a sit, being accused of mass rdm and changing name to avoid punishment. I told him after he ungagged me lol that he was in my gang i have every right to defend him. Rubik didnt care and banned me for 7 days. He claimed i must be in a party with my gang members, what happens when i have 10 gang members online? the other 4 are shit out of lucK? i cant defend then due to a party size limit? Btw i only killed 2 cops.

I was wrong about the party thing. You can defend your gang members as you would in a party. That being said, I have a few questions that you were not willing to stay calm enough to answer. 

 

1. Why are you defending your gang as a Cop CC?

2. Why are you sniping people from a roof & claiming this is defending your gang member? You were assisting a gang member in breaking the law as a Cop CC. 

3. Why did you change your name after this? Clearly you changed your name before you even jumped off the roof. So you changed your name then see the fall damage of you jumping off the roof. A little suspicious of someone who doesn't think they're breaking the rules at all.

 

I will let the logs speak for them self. They do not at all match what you claimed happen here.

lol, i wasnt a cop CC, you would know this if you used logs before banning. Who the fuck bans for 2 rdms anyway. unban me,ffs making me do all this for nothing. i was 10 feet off the ground what are you talking about no RP i was in voice range to the cops. its not my responsibility for you to do your job correctly. I didnt offend you one bit in that sit, the fact that you say that just tells me youre being petty... i said i shouldnt be jailed and told you to do your job and check logs before taking action. you gagged me after lol, sorry i didnt appreciate being jailed for something i didnt do. Your logs are incomplete btw, it shows me damaging the other cops around , but i only killed the 2 that did something to my gang member. I told you to ban me so we can show everyone how much a joke this is. One of the first things i said to you was that he was in my party lol you didn't care tho, gotta get those bans right! I wasnt randomly attacking anyone, cops were arresting my gang member so i killed them, it was my dupe he was kidnapping ppl into to. I tried informing him( rubik) that he was my gang member and that i had every right to have his back but as my screenshot shows he did not care and said i was gonna be banned for mass rdm regardless of it was my gang member or not. The 3 cops i damaged,including the 2 i killed were all involved in the arrest, only reason i didnt kill the third is because he didn't non lethal Hipi or cuff him. He was more or less caught in crossfire and had no intention of killing him. There was a total of 3 cops huddled around Hipi when this happened. And No i didnt say i could randomly attack people messing with gang members. If you see your friend who is in your gang getting arrested what do you do? kill the cops doing it. I play with Hipi almost every day and i have been doing this since the gang update came out. This was not MASS rdm. I changed my name after this happened solely because i felt the cops were targeting me and my base. I dont understand why im still banned, it was already determined i can defend gang members, the reason i was banned was because  Rubik wasnt aware of this. He is now aware of this so why is it still mass RDM?

You can change color of your cc to a cop color, you can use a potion to look like a cop and change job name. That shouldn't be allowed since there is no way to know its not a cp

I never said that. If you were polite and patient as most other players are when involved in a sit all of this could have been avoided. Instead you pulled the savage card and started trying to talk over the other person and making personal attacks to me. You forfeited your chance to have a mature one on one conversation when you made this about me and my ability to moderate and what I was doing wrong. Moving on from ME, this ban is about You and your failure to communicate like an adult. 

As far as I'm concerned, you can stay banned. 

If someone else wants to approve this on the grounds of you just being a nice guy then go ahead.

You can change color of your cc to a cop color, you can use a potion to look like a cop and change job name. That shouldn't be allowed since there is no way to know its not a cp

 

i agree with you, my name was not a cop job name at all. It was my micspam job name "civil Projection" not " civil Protection" I can understand if i had an exact cop name and cop model, but my name was different. also i didnt know you can change colors but my color was the original color that goes with my CC class.
