(Their name and profile): Dominic / http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198264080477 / STEAM_0:1:151907374 Reasons why you are reporting: I saw a hobo building in the spawn tunnel and he claimed a t-mod told him he can. I later saw that Dominic told him that he was able to build in spawn tunnel, taking a lot of space. Later I told the hobo he can build in RP-Related areas and then went to build outside of spawn.I saw that Dominic was there building with him ON THE STREETS. As a recently promoted t-mod he should know a really common rule like this one. As far as I saw Dominic doesn't know what he is doing and i'm guessing he has NEVER been trained at all. Unfortunately I was only able to get the part when Dominic was building on the streets and not the part when he said hobos can build in the spawn tunnel. "You cannot build in the streets but you can build on the sidewalk" And you know to even get accepted you have to have a fair understanding of the rules and how they work and considering that the admins had evaluated his as a trial mod I assumed he knew the rules, and therefore skipped teaching him about hobo basing. And its a TMOD who was promoted less than a week ago? As for my thoughts I guess I think it's bad, however not a demote worthy since people are saying he is brand new. Exactly that's why I was mostly leaning towards the strike / retraining because I was there during his training and nobody really trained him at all we were just having fun and killing eachother but if you make the choice of not demoting him, I will dedicate my time to retraining him and helping him throughout the way if you allow me. I like to think of myself as a high maintenance and hard working staff member, and i'm proud of that. I can ask Sugar first or if I get approval from an admin, I can train him and help. I've been admin/mod/SA/Owner on probably about 100 different servers and i'm a coder I think I can qualify for it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Giving tips to him: would be a great way to make him improve. Being staff for the first phew days can be difficult to some. Well, a lot of people since it's a new role and if you didn't get trained right (I got trained by Dindu and it was awkward af) it's just gonna make it worse. While I understand wanting to have fun and role play, the rules are around for a reason (This rule in particular, I will add.) and must be followed and enforced equally by everybody, and this goes especially for staff members. You cannot build in the streets but you can build on the sidewalk - MOTD, Hobo Rules (https://titsrp.com/showthread.php?tid=4) It seems to me like this may have been a simple case of a trial moderator not knowing all the rules. He was very receptive to my explanation and apologized for violating the MOTD. I do not believe this has to go further since I see no active or accepted reports for Dominic. I will keep further watch on him when possible. His next violation would probably result in a strike, or demotion if severe enough. Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention, Panduh.
