Reasons why you are reporting: Over the period of time Dima as been staff, he has done a lot. Some minor, some large. Each time it was swept away as a "Don't do it again" type deal. I've grown very ill of this now, and i've decided to put all of this together as to why he should be officially demoted. Dima gets hotheaded during his Rp, and typically goes out of his way to swear out at people. 2 Incidents of this i have been aware of. One of, being when i killed him when he was a CP, and he went to Admin chat and began to swear at me calling me a bitch and a bunch of other terms and left the server. He then went out of his way to go to shoutout box, and attempt to start drama. This was a little bit ago, so evidence is slim. Another incident was when WantedNearby had killed Dima, and Dima went out of his way to tell him to drown in bloody semen. Now, while this is not major, im just putting everything out there. Dima can say "Aye i was joking" but this isn't his first account of losing his cool over minimal things. The next thing against Dima, is his ignorance to look on another side of an argument, or to listen to others in that sense. Multiple incidents of this, but i will name a few. One being, when Dima was going to ban a guy for "Mass Rdming". What was happening was a guy by the name of Kitty was killing Dima when he entered Theatre in the small gap. If you enter that area, it is considered trespassing so kitty was in the full right to kill him, and any others. It was my base, so i tped and talked it out. Dima still argued, however Kitty was left off with a warn. So Kitty reported. Feel free to check out the report and see the ignorance throughout it. Be aware, throughout the report im making, none of them really deserve a demote by themselves. But combining all the incidents together, I believe a demote is necessary. Eventually the warn was removed, but Dima's ignorance still stands. These are all minor, however they are all things a staff member should not do.

 

Now, these are two of the Major incidents against Dima, that i feel are the most demote worthy. One of these are that Dima has allowed purging in the past. During the last 5 minutes before reset, he use to let everyone mass rdm and such. After obviously being told he cannot do it, he stopped, However, my biggest problem with this, is the fact he argued with anyone that went against him on the topic. He does not look on any other side of an issue, no matter how slim. Feel free to check on the image below.

 

The second Major incident against Dima, is for a very long time, He was setting himself to Juggernaut automatically. This keeps him for having to be voted in, and can just become the job automatically.This is not only abuse, but it keeps anyone else who wants to become juggar from being it. His excuse of it was "An Admin said i could". He eventually stopped doing it after being told by Sugar, however this doesn't stop from the weeks and weeks of him doing it. 

 

 

Side Note: i was just sent a video of Dima farming the Golden Printer inside the base in spawn. He had a textscreen in their saying "Sit Area" however, when the golden printer spawned, he removed the text screen. People assumed he was doing sits at that point, however he was farming. Which he is not allowed to base in there so... Check out that lovely vid below.

 

While alone, none of this may be individually demote worthy, i feel after all that has occurred with Dima, he should be demoted from staff position. If anyone else as any other incidents i am not aware of, please put them down below.

I feel so shit now that I'm reading this.

I expected much more from my friend Peanut Butter here, the whole Jugger thing was the thing that turned me off the most.

 

Most of the time people get denied the vote for being a juggernaut, it's like saying "no one voted to be mayor, so I can force my self" (STAFF COMMANDS ARE FOR STAFF PURPOSES. NOT RP PURPOSES)

It's the same idea as forcing yourself to be Mayor. I see it as blatant abuse, I don't get it. I expected more.

 

Second of all, the whole PMng WantedNearby is JUST childish. Legit. 

 

The printer in spawn?...really?..What?...Isn't..that supposed to be his so called sit area? An un-ownable area in the first place? Used only for Admin purposes?...mhm, starting to see a pattern here.

 

Sorry Dima, you're my friend, I respect you as a Mod nonetheless, but what you did is blatant shit. To be honest.

I'll wait for a response, for now I'm +1 for Demote/Re-education.

Peanut Butter, all of this stuff makes the server look bad, when a staff member is blatantly disrespecting players and breaking rules.

And seriously? Making yourself juggernaut? So many people want to be juggernaut every day, use common sense.

 

It'd be different (not very different but still different) if you didn't argue your case so stubbornly. Accept you're in the wrong and stop.

The problem I have with Dima is that he refuses to listen. It's one thing when I'm being an idiot but if an admin says something, I know I have to listen. Dima is just never wrong. 

 

But printing in spawn in a "sit area"? Holy shit, that's...really, really serious. If I caught a user doing that in spawn, it would've been a ban (unless like a dumb mod told them it was okay). Was it prop blocked like he usually has it?
