I was specifically told by a staff member Blacnova to be exact that he tells every one of his other staff members to never do sits in streets due to them being in a public RP area. The area that this event happened was inside the pd and I was RP'ing as the Mayor assassain job. So I walked into the PD while a raid was going on and I didn't know there was any rulebreaking occuring. This occured because a staff member had gotten killed during a raid and he had noticed propblock. After this staff member was killed he saw the prop block and noclipped back to the area of his death, where I was at and I was trying to RP, physgunned me around to move me instead of bringing that player out of the RP area which is what he shouldve done in the first place. I was banned for "RDM" when my job is to kill the mayor and RP it out. I asked the staff member in question if there was a sit going on, which it didnt look like it cause the player getting delt with seemed afk (as you will see in the video). He didn't respond after numerous attempts to get his attention, very clearly avoiding the staff member or afk. The staff member didn't do anything about it I then asked if it was a sit, I was given the response of "Duh." I asked I didn't know. And when I was trying to explain my side of the story you can clearly see that he didn't check logs to see what job I was and falsely banned me for RDM when in fact it wasnt RDM. The reason also seems like it was very childish and the way he seemed to act in game toward's me wasn't very respectful at all. A lot of these things go against the staff guidelines. 1-800-Suicide Posted November 4, 2017 Share Posted November 4, 2017 Regardless of where the sit was taken which i agree Wavy could use the new !sit command you saw that he was physgunning around the mayor and talking about rulebreaking and you even asked if it was a sit and wavy responded that it in fact was a sit. This is when you decide to kill the mayor anyways when he is clearly in a sit and you got it confirmed by the staff member, this is RDM. A sit is out of RP and you knew it was a sit, trying to loophole and say its not rdm in a sit since its your job is like saying i can place a hit on the moderator in my sit and it would be fine to kill him. Why is your voice muted during all of this cause your voice is a big part of all of this. You asked me " Is this a sit " I responded with " duh " then you said " No its not " then you went to kill him then I dragged you back and froze then you kept going on and on about how I couldn't have a sit there but what do you want me to do take this person somewhere else where the propblock is not at ? Then you kept saying the most ignorant stuff I wish the video wasn't muted so people can hear it I wasn't finna keep taking verbal abuse if I can't cuss yo ass out back what makes you think im going to accept it from you cause if I was to do that I get reported so I did what anyone would do is ban you, you acting like I didn't give you a option I did say " Are you going to admit what you did was wrong or am I going to have to send you out " If his voice wasn't muted you see the ignorant shit he was saying. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS THAT YOU KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON YOU KNOW WHAT WAS THE GET DOWN BUT YOU STILL KILLED HIM WHILE IM questioningHIM. The screenshot was entirely biased and based against me in that situation, I had clearly stated that she should say that she was going to snitch on me after the comment about "I can't be biased.." was made. I can also include a recording of me having the conversation with Ashley. She told me later on that it was a mistake on her part for misunderstanding, I am not going to get on an alternate account or anything. Nor did I say I was going to, I simply asked a situational question. Anyways back onto the topic. You clearly had about a minute to deal with the uncooprotave player as he was not responding nor ackowledging that you were even there, which is another reason why you shouldve brought him to a sit, he likely didnt understand it was a sit and was going about his buisness. If it was a sudden change of enviroment he could've easily known and gone "Oh hey theres something going on". I also have no idea why my shadowplay doesn't capture microphone input i'll have to look into that soon. I mean honestly I am fine with waiting out the ban, but there needs to be a lot cleared up but no one wants to cooperate. You in a blind infuriating rage went onto my application and stated your obvious biased opinion about how it was such a "shitty application" and you called your fellow staff members dumb for making their own opinions which was quite disrespectful. Physically that job, there was no intended rdm. I take full responsibility for killing during a sit in a situation I didn't understand. There may have been some extremes as both sides may clearly be out of wack and it shouldn't have gone down like that but it did and it's over with. Please close this.
