(Their name and profile): STEAM_0:0:72191144 http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198104648016 Reasons why you are reporting: So a T-Mod named DC Kamala Gekido was doing terror while she was up on a roof in her base. I noticed this and made a report on her so she would stop sniping people while not on the streets and in her base. She was brought to a sit by Piklas and was told to NOT terror on a building or in a base... She asked where the rules were for this and Piklas sent a screenshot... He then offered to TP her to spawn so that way she didn't have to walk down the stairs she could just instantly be on the streets. She said no and she would just walk down and continue her TERROR on the streets. She walked down like 2 flights of stairs and then started killing people still in a building... She killed around 5ish people after already being warned to not kill if you're not in the streets. So then I called a new sit with KarmaHunter and he saw it happen and was explaining it's not allowed. Also in the sit with KarmaHunter she said that she didn't even look at the screenshot yet that Piklas sent her. Her not looking at the screenshot right away after asking for proof shows how much she really cared... 1-800-Suicide Posted October 25, 2017 Share Posted October 25, 2017 So as Jawson stated I told Kamala its agains the rules and pointed to the job description with a screenshot, told her I could take her to spawn to start her terror attack from the streets but declined and said she would jump down herself and do terror which is fine since she gave the impression that it was a rule she didn't know about. The issue is that afterwards I was told again that Kamala was doing the same thing but a few floors down, so i spectated again and saw her doing that. Karmahunter had aparently spectated and brought Kamala again, I am not sre what happened there but IMO its Kamala disregarding rules that were shown to her and not just being ignorant about them. [video=youtube] EDIT: some important details, you can see in the killfeed after i spectate kamala killed someone and was shooting ak (can hear the sound). Karmahunter said in admin chat that she was lying to his face and I spectated the 2nd time since Karmahunter said in admin chat that kamala was still in the building. Jawson Posted October 25, 2017 Author Share Posted October 25, 2017 Just for understanding I didn't actually want her banned(until she started to do it again) we were trolling in TeamSpeak(the reason for us asking for a better mod and laughing). After the sit and she started to redo it I actually did want her banned/demoted considering a regular player would for sure be banned for 7 days for this... Rarely takes sits, barely meets minimum requirement oof 150 for sit count and stagnates at less than the 250 recommended. Asked not to be Staff but is tmod anyway because they want to help out eventually. Has been Trial Mod for months and probably still would be Trial for months if this is allowed to continue. So basically, not a real Staff Member to begin with/does not contribute enough to be a Good Staff. This Case: Shows blatant disregard for the rules even after explained, possibly twice, and given evidence to verify the rules broken. Continues to break said rules and uses excuse "Angry African used to do it". African was a minge, and most people realize that. That's why he doesn't exist anymore. Honestly I would have banned. I like kamala but I don't think they should remain staff because of a mistake in the console and an admeme's decision to be friendly and let her stay staff. I spectated kamala and said something to her after piklas talked to her and caught her running between the 2nd and first floors, I even tped to her and got shot in the mouth. Like I said I was literally trolling at first when I was saying ban ban ban.(you couldn't hear piklas laugh cuz he has himself muted in the video). But after doing it again I do wish for something to happen(like a demote) considering she literally chose to not follow the rules or listen to them after being told the rules.
