Jawson
Your Steam Name: Jawson Your ingame name: Jawson Your Steam Profile/SteamID: STEAM_0:0:54848459 Who are you reporting? (Their name and profile): Smokey Bear http://steamcommunity.com/id/GayNigga696969 Reasons why you are reporting: So I feel as if it isn't fair or right that someone only gets a warn when they already KNOW what they have done wrong. A guy named Smokey Bear decided to break NLR to save his processors from his base and he was completely okay with doing it because he knew he would only get a warning. He then decides to brag about it in voice chat and OOC because in all honesty it was completely worth it for him. He gets to save his large amount of processors and we used 2 C4s. Smokey Bear has broken nlr for a similar reason in the past(even if it's 2 months ago he still knows it's wrong) If this guy only gets a warn then it will encourage others that already know the rules to do the same thing... Let's be honset a warn does little to nothing unless you have ALOT of them and it's 100% worth to take a warn if you get to save 2-3 MILLION dollars worth of processors. I have talked to multiple MODS/ADMINS about this topic and a majority of them said this could resort in a ban and it honestly should. Even if it's a short ban at least it encourages him to not do it again... Otherwise in a few months time he will do it to save his base again.. or maybe his other friends that base with him. You can literally take turns with your friends breaking nlr and take a warning just so you can save ALOT of $$$. Evidence: I have LITTLE evidence but a T-MOD named Munkir has a recording of this and is willing to show it(I believe he has a recording of the sit?). Also a ADMIN named Fantasma was in a little of this sit because Smokey Bear was afraid of getting banned(even though he should). Also a T-MOD named JEV saw this happen because he was basing with Smokey Bear but considering they are friends he might not own up to it. https://gyazo.com/ca0298965bbb194c0c5d094de44fbe77 https://gyazo.com/82c21984519141e58711446f9229c6cf Extras: https://gyazo.com/5b03183e5f4c7f417e1e0efe9575ff92 https://gyazo.com/af3ff8318143c207065a746e215bfcbd
1-800-Suicide
Attitude should be a deciding factor in punishing a player and if he did it intentionally to go back and kill the raider I would personally count it as revenge RDM aswell since he goes back because he got ~mad~ he lost. I would like to see Munkir respond however since he held the sit and would know what went down. EDIT: your message with piixel confirms intentional RDM/Revenge RDM
Dindu Nuffin
No double punishments will be admitted. However i do support a removal of the warn, and replaced with a short ban to show this bad boy a lesson to follow da rulez. He intentionally broke the rules, and for that, a ban would suffice
Munkir
Everything that Jawson said happened. 1)He was killed in the raid and came back. 2) he bragged about it in ooc 3)he was disrespectful in the sit as soon as i brought him (demanding higher ups, just wasting everyones time) However he didnt kill me when he came back, but it did however directly lead to my death. I consider it a breadking of NLR + attempted revenge RDM +1 for punishment
Jev
He didn't kill anyone when he came back. + He only bragged about it once. Not to the point of it being distracting an annoying. I'm sorry but -1 for a double punishement. He already got warned for it by munkir and infact I was there when he did break it. Munkir died later in the raid and if munkir really cared that much, he would make a report on smokey. The reason why he wanted a higher up munkir is because , well you're munkir. You are bias and you actually ban people for no reason. Smokey only gets on once a week. Because he has better things to do so a ban really won't affect him and if he gets a week ban, well thats a bit false isn't it? I was in a discord with him and told him not to do it but hey. Munkir would have lost the raid anyways as my base is strongly defense orientated. Munkir please show us the video evidence. And jawson. Im not bias. I clearly owned up to smokey breaking nlr. If you look at smokeys warns. Last warning he got was in august. 2 months ago which is really not bannable. Hey jawson, its just a game. "If this guy only gets a warn then it will encourage others that already know the rules to do the same thing..." No? Not really? It won't encourage anyone, stop being manipulative. I've been in multiple sits where people broke a rule 1+ month ago. I know that breaking a rule more than once in a short time (Like a week or so) is bannable but I've asked a higher up for advice and the higher up said to just give him a warning and not a ban as they broke that rule 1 week ago. To add to this, he didn't come back straight away. He came back after a good 4-6 minutes. Give smokey time to reply, give him time to defend himself. Jev
"You are bias and you actually ban people for no reason." Don't throw accusations if you have nothing to back them up. Think about this. Munkir took his own sit which is completly fine, but you are naturally bias to yourself, hence why smokey asked for a higher up. And I what I meant by "You ban people for no reason". Is that I've seen munkir ban someone for reasons you should warn.
Walter the Assaulter
Fantasma was supposedly there, so I don't see an issue for this situation with bias. If you have evidence he's banning people falsely, please submit a report and I will personally advocate for his demotion if it appears abuse or bias is coming into play. An because fantasma was there, he only got a warning as it was NLR. If munkir really had such a big issue, he would have reported this himself. Munkir
I dont ban anyone for reasons that deserve something less. I actually see myself as a pretty lax staff member. i let people read through the rules before i drop the ban hammer. I feel like you are taking some personal attacks at me because your friend broke the rules. Not once have i had anyone appeal a ban that i made. So i have no idea what you're talking about.
