Some guy breaks a major rule and thinks he can get away with it because he's obviously the only person in the world that can say sorry. Listen: It doesn't matter that you have 27 hours on the server in the past 2 weeks. It doesn't matter that you regret it. It doesn't matter that you promise that you won't do it again. It doesn't matter that you love the server. It doesn't matter that this is the only server you play on. You broke a rule, you have to face the consequences. If people could say nice things to get unbanned then there would be no point of a staff team. Get that into your head.
