I posted Screenshots of the Gore that Chesmond had been sending me in gen chat as part of a crashout Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I am back to give the server another go. the people i had an issue with seem to be absent as of now and it takes alot of bullshit to push me to the point i crashout. im not saying i was innocent but i am saying there was more influence on the event than just me deciding to troll. i could go into detail but those of us who were there know what was going on and those of us who weren't wont have the full picture. Who warned/banned you? At least from the discord? only once that i can think of. i know back when the crasher gifs were a thing i got myself banned from a handful of random servers but i cannot recall if this was one of them at this point in time. and hell i would have been a teen when that was going on so would have been like 10 yrs ago.... i feel old now... I personally disagree with the actions that you took during the situation of your crash----out, however after speaking to you in game i believe that you genuinely feel remorse for the situation and will take measures to prevent yourself to post any further issues. I'm personally +1 but would like to get other staffs input on the situation as well as an Admin to check in and see if an appeal would even be allowed atp. Insurance Agent Posted May 23 Author Share Posted May 23 over the span of a few months when i was staff i witnessed and recorded a group of individuals constantly break rules, staff friends of theirs handle them with a bias, and exploit glitches with no repercussions. me along with about 6 other staff members ranging from mods to an admin all tried to warn Rubik and get them handled but it seems it didn't get taken care of until after i and most of us had given up. I spent alot of time collecting information and evidence and organizing it to watch it get tossed out. I have no remorse for the individuals that caused my outburst Terrry, Chesmond, Tene, Chud, Raccoons can all get bent. i am sorry to the community who had to catch the crossfire and look upon the grotesque images i shared to harm chesmond's reputation in a last ditch effort on my way out the door. The staff abuse they insist i did was nothing more than me spectating one of their raids and catching them thirdperson exploiting. They insisted this was staff abuse since i spectated other staff but even so i had permission from an admin at the time and also supplied all evidence directly to rubik when i took the recording. I also would like to apologize to rubik as i recall my last contact with him was me calling him a slur in a rushed message to demand removal of my old fourms account. i was pissed off at rubik for letting them get away with abuse and bias despite being supplied plenty of evidence on separate occasions but i also understand he trys to not get directly involved in the drama, or atleast used to im not sure what his position is now as i have been gone for awhile. 1 Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25178-insurance-agent-discord-ban-appeal/#findComment-178414 Share on other sites More sharing options...
